I can't believe I just wasted a good 6+ minutes of my life on this. this is the worst list I have ever seen in my life! absolutely terrible! I have never seen anything worse! Only a few songs on this list belong on the top 25!
Glad to see Running Up That Hill is there, because it IS one of the best songs of the 80s, and one of the best songs EVER, but surely it should be 6th on the list, not 19th?
What a goofy list. How about, "Songs From the Eighties This One Chick Really Likes"? But the statement "in the First World, this decade saw the emergence of pop music" is sanctimonious and silly. And wrong.
