Looks like you have some damn cold and snowy winters out there. At least in Ontario there's so much pollution we end up with a green christmas this year. I WANT SNOW.
I have made the journey between Charlo and Montreal several times experienced the combo and divide in Matapedia of the Chaleur/Ocean . It is hard to say what happen here in this video but the best experience I had was 2004 when we left montreal with 5 engines and a train so long that each station required 4 stops. I did note however some time that the chaleur did make the journey down to gaspe with only 1 engine and the ocean continued with 2. They have changed their "class" format recently.

either the turbocharger is not working or the air intake was plugged with ice? It was very windy can imagine if it was still air?
