@Techblackdeck Normally in wolves, the pitch of the howl is relative to the emotion behind it. Low howls are normally reserved for sad things such as the death of a pack member. Higher pitches are more for happiness, celebration, and sometimes even warning signs. A howl that seems unsteady and wavering will normally come from lone wolves or outcasts, whereas strong and firm howls are from within a pack or the alpha/beta couple.
