Esta noche quiero que sientas mi sensualidad,

    como brisa fresca .

  • @Lluadka love it!

  • total chingones!!!

  • It's like the 45 and lp are two different songs. The lp sounds like a love ballad. It's at the correct speed, and no compression, and damn the guitar tradeoffs at the end just make this a slow jam Mexican style

  • Rolon de todo los tiempos!

  • Remember cruising thru San Antonio listening to this song driving down Austin Highway in the convertible with the senorita hanging with my gringo butt. Best time of my young life !

  • @instructme These days you can sometimes find Jorge Santana in Austin at brother Carlos' "Maria Maria" Restaurant downtown.

  • Went to a Malo concert when I turned 14--my bf enjoyed the show (my parents paid for the tickets) and then he broke up with me right afterwards! What a pendejo! But I still love Malo

  • @allcatz He dumped you because of Malo! What a pendejo man! Well, at least you gotz great classic taste! He's probably at home listening that Beyonce or Rhianna bitches thinking they are the bomb?!

  • @allcatz he was a fool

  • Comment removed

  • @allcatz did he say why he broke up with you? maybe he fell in love with Malo instead? and besides, what you doing having a boyfriend at 14 anyway. you should not have boyfriends and such until you're 28!

  • @billboardnumber1 LOL--Those were the days when having a bf meant just holding hands & kissing; a more innocent time. I had boyfriends from the time I was in kindergarten but this guy could have at least waited a few days before dumping me after enjoying the Malo concert on my parents dime. Ah well...the memory still doesn't spoil my enjoyment of Malo's fabulous music!

  • @allcatz, That's a story that at least you can laugh about now, right?! Funny. In my opinion, The Best Of Malo Album kicks ass.

  • @phillyshell94 I'm a white mid forties house wife living in the Northwest and I love this stuff--Used to listen to KRLA in Los Angeles in the 90's-thought it was interesting that Latino homeboys/girls liked 60's/70's soul music song mostly sung by brothers. Just great music no matter how you slice it-reminds me of being a little kid :)

  • OXNARD I PUT IT IN DA MAP ES.COXCH

  • Was 7-years old when this song came out. Living in Stockton, Ca. where the visuals often matched the aural fantasy - and still do!

  • AND "SUAVECITO" WAS THE END OF THE SHOW SONG OF THE "MI LINDA RAZA" SYNDICATED TV PRODUCTION.

  • THERE HAS NOT BEEN A SYNDICATED TV PRODUCTION LIKE "MI LNDA RAZA", THAT FEATURED MORE CHICANO ARTISTS, AMONG THEM "MALO", FREDDY FENDER, FREDDY MARTINEZ, "EL CHICANO", LITTLE JOE Y LA FAMILIA, SUNNY & THE SUNLINERS, "TORTILLA FACTORY", "LOS UNICOS", AND MANY OTHERS THAT WERE FEATURED IN A BANDSTAND TYPE OF FORMAT SHOW. I WAS THE PRODUCER AND HOSTED THE ENTIRE SHOW IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH, FOR FIVE AND A HALF YEARS. IN HOUSTON MY SHOW HAD THE HIGHEST RATING ON THE SUNDAY, 3 P.M. SLOT.

  • IT IS VERY POSITIVE THAT THERE ARE STILL CHICANOS WITH PRIDE OF BEING DE LA LINDA RAZA. I BECAME VERY AWARE OF BEING CHICANO WHILE I WAS IN THE MARINE CORPS BACK IN THE 60'S, AND HERE WE ARE OVER 50 YEARS LATER, AND I'M STILL VERY PROUD. THIS SHIT OF "HISPANIC", SUCKS, BECAUSE A HISPANIC IS A SPANIARD, AND I AS A CHICANO AM OF "SANGRE AZTECA". BUT POLITICIANS AND MEDIAS, HAVE TRIED TO CORRUPT THE MINDS OF MEXICANS AND CHICANOS, TO BE ASHAMED OF BEING AZTEC INDIAN . VIVA LA RAZA.

  • the easy going feel of this song relates to the times. I miss those days in the park, throwing frisbees, token a J and kicking it.

  • Pon le Jorgito, mi lindo. THAT'S BROWN PRIDE- BABY!! hechando. le un GRITON !!! AAAAAAAAAHA HA- QUE VIVA MI RAZA HERMOSA Y QUE DIOS NOS SIGUE BENDICIENDO.

I danced the calypso with my son in my arms the day of his christening.

I still love and listen to this song some 40 years later. :)

Songs like this are gems to be treasured for a life time.

  • Oh memories...this song brings me back to summer of 1974,when I was a young man walking the streets of Brooklyn and Queens in NYC. It was amazing how a song could transport you to a higher place, made you conquer your fears and even fall in love with your fantasy girl...It did all that for me and it still makes me feel the same way 37 years later....CecilOsculations Thanks!!!!

  • Beautiful song. I was only in my early teen when I first heard this song and now in my 50s, this song still gives me the chills, awesome.

  • FOR FIVE AND A HALF YEARS I PRODUCED AND HOSTED A CHICANO BAND-STAND SHOW ON CH. 39 HERE IN HOUSTON. WHAT MEMORIES SEEING THE COVER OF MALO'S FIRST LP. I TRIED, AND TRIED TO HAVE THE GROUP ON THE SHOW, ESPECIALLY AFTER WE LEARNED A LOCAL CHICANO BROTHER, PLAYED THE TRUMPET SOLO ON "SUAVECITO". AT THAT TIME I BELIEVED THE BAND WAS HAVING PROBLEMS, SO I BOOKED "EL CHICANO" INSTEAD. TO U-TUBE, THANX FOR THE MEMORIES. FYI AFTER THE TV SHOW GIG I WENT ON TOUR AS A STAND-UP W/FREDDY FENDER & OTHERS.

  • @texasmovieshd Right on, my brother. STAY BROWN!!

  • This song was played for me a long time ago by a very special person. May the light always shine upon you.

  • if justin beiber n gomez cover this CLASSIC, that would be a FUCKING DISASTER.

  • @Guitarwhore10328 lets just hope it never happens! or heads will roll LOL :)

  • @Guitarwhore10328 this would be a travestiy.niether of them have an ounce of soul between them to do this song justice!
