This is chinese, it isn't japanese, its pretty obvious, to me anyway (i watch to many animes and just catch on to the japanese langauge when i hear it) but hey im a dude, i just got to this video by random chance...no really! :P
It's Mandarin Chinese, not Japanese. I've studied both and they don't sound remotely alike. You might want to check to see if your cartoons were dubbed in Chinese...
