If only while making Superman they had made Batman a year after that way a crossover could of happen then slowly leading to a justice League with the Green Lantern, Flash and Wonder woman...it would have been one of the best films to star Reeves and an all cast of others who would have also become legends bearing the name of each hero and heroine a like...but at the same it may have sucked should it have been rushed...man if only I had a way to go back in time to give such an idea

Check out the ambulance at 3:40. Funny how the ambulances back then in the 70's looked like hurses with a flashing light on top. It's almost like they pretty much assumed you were going to die one way or another so they could just use the ambulance to take the body away. In reality, EMS services had much less training back then, so the focus was mainly on carting you into the ambulance and racing to the hospital, rather than providing emergency care at the scene. Alot more patients did die.

I like the Donner version part 2 best, that takes out the Paris scene and replaces it with Superman taking Luthor's missiles from part 1 and tosses them into space. Then when they blow, it let's the 3 bad guys out of the Phantom Zone. Also, the second version takes out the stupid dialog scenes and adds some different scenes like Lois shooting Clark to prove he's Superman and jumps out of a window 30 floors up
