the only time you can have two leaders is if they are so far from each other that they cant communicate, not the case today. if one claims to be khalifa after their has already been baya for someone already then you must fight the second one.

One must ask: Who's waliyul-Amr? Why is there distinction between lands divided amongst the Muslims by the kuffar? So if the kuffar draw lines between us separating us, we stick with those lines when it comes to these sorts of rulings?
