The reason it usually doesn't sound right on piano, is that for some reason the Surprise (which occurs right after the second occurrence of the theme) isn't included. Granted, it wouldn't be as funny as a whole orchestra would, but it'd still work.

im pretty sure the song is slower at the beginning. anyway this song doesn't sound right on just piano, it needs to be full orchestra
