  • War. War never changes...and nether does our motto....

  • IfYouNeedMSP&LiveSubscriptionsVisitMyChannel4FreeCodes

  • This game are the best..totally realistic, even the quest are...there no such as clue or quest idicator..u live like a deer in village..

We draw straws, and you draw the short one...

  • Oblivion is unbelievable good game couse freedom and combat skill but i dont play it much cause i am online gamer. Online games where real player skill resides.

  • War. War never changes. xD

  • I've never played Fallout 1 and 2, but I've played Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel. It was a good game. I hope this one is good too.

  • This game will be fantastic. Previews have already said it's much more solid than Oblivion, which was a fantastic game anyway. People should just realise that Bethesda know exactly what they're doing instead of disowning the franchise. The game's there to be enjoyed. Let's wait until we've played it to decide whether it's awful and a complete travesty and a shaming of the name.

Which it won't be; the fanboys are just too elitist to embrace change, even if it is for the better.

    I can't wait.

  • AMEN!

  • i bloody hope fallout 3 will have the same atmosphere, the same black humour and some kind of relevance to the previous games. fallout 1 and 2 were the best spent hours of my digital life, i hope the game is huge, and i swear that i will become a billionaire just to see bethesda ruined if they go for greed and screw the amazing trend of fallout 1 and 2 up.

  • amen brother, pass me the reptile-on-a-stick, im with you

  • I love the Fallout games. Hopefully Bethesda can make this game a little more enjoyable then Oblivion. I don't enjoy playing games that make me sleepy like Oblivion did.

  • "scary" ain't the word.

  • Note: Official site has this video in 135MB glorious HD-resolution.

  • I have been a hard core fallout enthusiast since 7th grade when I played the first game all those years ago. I trust bethesda to do the right thing here. I understand that it's a business and they have to make it marketable but I don't think they are so foolish that they'd completely ignore the purists. I am so psyched that Perlman is back!!! It's not Fallout with him.

  • wow thats a long way off

  • Ha Ha Ha ....Pussy

  • Fallout 1 and 2, were the best games I ever played. Fallout: Brotherhood of steel for the PS2 sucked total balls. And Fallout Tactics... Well it was okay I guess. But not nearly as good as 1 and 2. Let's hope that they stick to the TBS styling of 1 and 2.

  • The fact you a frightened by words amuses me.

  • i cant wait for fallout 3, iv played the elder scrolls 3 and 4, and i loved them. so im very eager to see what fallout 3 will be like :)

  • i have been keeping up wit the progress of this game since it started and although interplay isnt DIRECTLY involved they are still struggling to keep involved with this game just cause its a new company they dont have the balls to interfere with the name fallout made for it self and interplay has even stated they will take legal action to keep it that way W00T

  • i have to see the actual game to make a conclusion...

the intro is nice but this doesnt mean the game will be great.

  • At this time i am very sceptical to what they are doing. If you listen to the interview with Todd Howard (executive producer of bethseda) it seems that hes more intrested in making just another game.

Why pay for the licence to call it fallout when the game thats beeing made isnt anything like the original. But ofc there is a whole year left or so, and hopefully im wrong ofc i will buy it.

But right now it seems that part 3 will be some shit game with a fancy name.

  • An excellent trailer. Music, general presentation, everything captured the Fallout spirit well. Makes me feel 10 years younger again.

  • Fallout 1 and 2 was soo great.

Everone is afraid the 3 be a piece of shit.

    Lets pray to not.

  • u crazy

  • the one at ps2 was a crap though :(

  • This game looks amazing. Yet people can't look beyond the fact that it's a new company behind the wheel. Sure, there IS a chance they'll fuck it up, but get off your fat fanboy asses and give it a chance. It looks unbelievable. I think it'll completely revamp the Fallout world.

  • Bethesda will screw up Fallout. Fallout is all about excellent writing and realistic feeling choices. Bethesda only knows graphics and big size. Fallout 1 was made by a small group of talented people. Even THEY got lucky with that game, which is a cult classic that I play still. The best game ever made, if you ask me.

  • See the thing is... people are afraid of change. It reminds me of when the American Idiot album was released, and all the "old" Greenday fans hated the new album.

Seriously thought right... Its got over a year for the release date. Chill out and wait and see.

  • OMG, How shokcing is this. Judging a game from a 2 Minute 25 Second Trailer... Which looks awesome in my view. Oblivion is a great game, sure it has its flaws but every game did. The Team working on this are all great Fallout Fans.... and I am sure they wouldn't let the game crash and burn! I mean lets face it, it can't be any worse than Brotherhood of Steel.

  • Not much creepier than the half-destroyed Washington Monument in the background...

  • I'm tired of the fanboys shitting all over this game without seeing the end product. Being negative about an unreleased game is about as pointless as being excited for one. Nobody knows how badly this game will suck. The only sure thing is that it will never live up to the hype. Fallout, we hardly knew ye...

  • The heart of Fallout has always been great writing and design. Bethesda has never demonstrated such qualities, so most likely they will screw it up. I god damn hope they don't, however. And yes, Bethesda is a mediocre game designer, at least when it comes to RPGs. They try to hide awful gameplay, story, writing and world design with sheer quantity of horribly made fed-ex quests, and it seems that people actually swallow it.

  • Bethesda made great games...but they are going to RUIN the fallout series. Example: the dialogue options in fallout were a massive part of the game...the dialogue options in Oblivion were some of the worst ever created, despite it being an overall amazing game. Recently the creators of Fallout 3 have said they will be using the Oblivion dialogue style. But im sure all the console jockeys will lap up this title as soon as it comes out for the pewpewpew and graphics.

  • Yes, this is true because people cannot change when they create new things.

  • OMG! That guy in the end! He's breaking the fourth wall! That bastard!

  • Didn't the Simpsons use this song for one of their Halloween episodes? One where the aliens leave Springfield a nuclear wasteland, and then say they didn't find any WMDs?

  • a kiss to build a dream on, is the best

  • Fallout 2 is one of my five favourites games of all times, I only hope this one be as good as the last 3 fallout.

  • if war is the same as it always was, does that mean your game is the same as it always was?

  • bethseda a "mediocre" developer?

if they were before Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion then they definitely arent anymore

  • "That song was written in the 50's by band known as The Inkblots, dumbass, and Bethesda is an excellent developer, so stop your bitchin!"

  • The idea of the Fallout games is that it's a post apocalyptic world set in the future that's totally messed up but everyone is in denial everyone keeps saying it's A Ok giving the thumbs up sign.

  • this game is gonna rock! also LOL at ctisefan! there is NO lord of the rings score in the end you freaking noob! that sounds alot like the original fallout song with some new sounds. yeah not lord of the rings... but its gonna be cool, i wish i knew exactly who did that song though, 50's music seems to be catching me ear.

  • I did a check and it is by the group "The Ink Spots"

  • I think its the Mills Brothers, 1936.

  • dont jump into conclusions, yet.

  • That song was written in the 50's by band known as The Inkblots, dumbass, and Bethesda is an excellent developer, so stop your bitchin!

  • It was written by "The Ink SPOTS" in the FORTIES... you fucking moron.

If you can't even get those right, it'll be unlikely that you're accurate about Bethesda, either. Which you are not. They are a mediocre developer, at best.

  • Bethesda?! Mediocre!? HAHAHAHA! Shows how much of a gamer you are.

  • what choo talkin bout bitch?

    Bethesda made Morrowind and Oblivion.

those are some kickass games right there (morrowind a bit more than oblivion tho)

  • Fallout seems to be set in an alternate history. Wherein the future is like the 1950's. Just age old observation.

  • I'll be graduating highschool by then.....damm college.

  • They stole the intro song idea from Megadeth..."Set the World Afire" uses that same intro, but segues into an explosion (and a bad ass riffs)

"Einstein said we'll use rocks on the other side..."

  • Except the song is just another song from the same band they used in Fallout 1

  • That Megadeth song with back in the days of Atari's man.

  • It doesn't matter, they didn't "steal" it, since they used another song from the same band in Fallout 1, this is just a continuation of that. Do you honestly think they "stole" it from some crap unknown ancient game or whatever.

  • From the game informer preview it sounds like an Elder Scrolls 5:The fallout edition, NOT a true fallout 3 game. No turn based combat, a level cap, the added bonus of worrying about food and water, and deteriorating weapons. YAY for fucking it up before its released! way to go bethesda! this will be what batman and robin(a piece of shit) was to the batman movie series for fallout fans.

  • haha nice bitching

  • As opposed to fucking it up after it's released?

"Excuse me Sir, yes, may I please see that disk you have there?"

  • please dont like the consoles ruin this... PLEASE

  • FINALLY!!

  • I have never heard of the game, but the trailer alone makes me want to get it....Awesome.

  • You should check out Fallout 1 and 2 also. They're great games and they're so old that you'd probably be able to buy'em both together for less than 10 bucks. That's what I did.

  • BOOYAH!

  • OMFG i cant wait till fall 2008.... DEAR GOD! what if i die before that... die a fallout 3 virgin!? NOOOOO! maybe if i freeze myself ...

  • JESUS TAPDANCING CHRIST YES!

  • thats Washington, D.C!!! kool!

  • war. war never changes

  • Bethesda + Fallout = WIN.

  • It's a shame they aren't really going for the win, they're going for money.

  • BEST TRAILER EVER

  • i hope they dont dumb it down, reduce gameplay and have shit graphics so it can be released on faggot consoles like usual

  • No way, this is a PS3 X-Box 360 exclusive. Anything else couldnt handle this. I beleive it is also for the PC, but you better have a damm good one. The gameplay is gonna rock, because there will be no level control of the mutants, and if you wander into a difficult, dangerous zone and you are a NOOB....lets just say youre hr=ead will explode faster that a ballon on the sun.

  • Heh. You've never seen a "stop, drop and roll" clip have you? tut-tut.

  • Oh great merciful god. I didn't know Bethseda was making Fallout 3, screw Halo 3. I'm keeping my money JUST for that. And Assassin's Creed of course.

And who the hell said Oblivion was bad? Oblivion kicked ass.

  • The music is "I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire" by the band The Ink Spots. Interplay tried to get this song for use in the first Fallout game. However, they couldn't get the licensing so they instead used the song "Maybe," also by the band The Ink Spots.

  • For those of you who are complaining about the music: The song style is supposed to be an homage to the music during the cold war which was a time when tensions about the use of nuclear weapons were at their peak. Besides that you could just listen to the lyrics and realize that it fits perfectly. Stop complaining.

  • Fvck them! The music r0X0r5!

  • OH DANG, here we go. FALLOUT 3. that's it.

  • One of my favorite PC Games-Fallout 1 and 2....cant wait for the 3rd one...

  • This game is destined for greatness. Mark your calendar.

  • beth please dont make a complete waste of time like oblivion again...

2 autumns to go until the greastest game ever...

  • well, i look forward to it

but i really hope they won't mess it up like the Oblivion ...

  • yeah but one good thing in oblivion was that patrick stewart was the king

  • That's when it all started, in 1942. I was off by 8 years, but who's counting. [burned]

  • wow ur knowledge of dates amazes me

    (envy)

  • No... you were off by QUITE a few years. Here's a quote from WIKI...

"The game is set in a post-apocalyptic world following The Great War, a nuclear war that occurred on October 23, 2077."

See the date... 2077... very important date... anyone who's fan of fallout knows tht.

  • Hey, anyone think that bethesda is going to mess it up, as opposed to black Isle making very fine games (fallout 1 + 2) losing its originality?

  • The Fallout games take place in the 50's - 60's. Anyone who knows anything about Fallout would know that.

  • Huh? The games take place in the mid-to-late 21st century, albeit one in which the world prior to the bombs hadn't advanced much stylistically from the 1950's.

  • lol jackass...it was set in 2077 or something close to that, it says it in the intro in the second one.

  • Riiiggghhhttt...

n I'm guessing the intros in fallout 1 n 2 where they talk abt the nuclear war and the 21st century are just the creator's ignorance eh !?.

Check it on Wiki. Fallout is set 200 years in the future... or something around tht.

  • What did you want, industrial metal or some other stereotypical music like that. It doesn't ruin the feeling, it creates the mood. Its that fact that a song like that has no business being played in a post-apocalyptic world. Everything is out of place; nothing is as it should be. Look at the items in the bus. Someone is trying to remind themself of a better time, then were shown the destruction that surrounds the bus.

  • It's a hint that the bombs went off in a stylized 50's world when that sort of music was prevalent. Sci-Fi you know?

  • Shows how stupid you are. I've never played Fallout, barely heard of the games in fact, but the music perfectly fits the trailer.

It's surreal and spooky and I for one like that tune and I'm 18.

  • Lol - it's not my type of music but I have to agree, it fits the trailer very well.

It's also strangely catchy - I kept on catching myself singing it!!! ^^

  • Too young to appreciate classical music? It's more likely than you think!

  • Let's just hope that Bethesda won't screw it all up again.

  • Almost orgasmic. Do you think it could possibly be as good as the First Fallout? I don't know if I can wait that long to find out. Oh, and if that is in-game graphics, I'll be praying that my computer will meet the system requirements.

  • haha buy a new computer... its worth it for Fall out 3!

  • Awts fallout 3 on fall 2008!!! T_T

  • Zomg. Ron Perlman. Zomg fallout 3.

    Can't wait.

  • I heard the trailer uses in-game graphics.

  • Yeah you're right:

According to Pete Hines the PR in chieft of Bethesda, the trailer is made in-engine. This means that it's made with game assets in their rendering engine.

Mr Hines also went one to say that the song on the radio is "I Don't Want to Set the World On Fire" by "The Ink Spots", and that the voice we hear is still Ron Perlman, the voice actor from Fallout 1 and 2.

  • Watched this 2 hours ago, and liked it a lot. Let's just hope the game will be as good as the trailer.

  • Yeah did you guys see that it's going to be in Fall of 2008 when it comes out?? So long until the release!!! Can't wait though coz I absolutely loved Fallout 1 and 2! Even made a fansite for this one as I wanted to try and create a community for it! :-p

  • I have waited too long for this game to come out...and now i have to wait even longer AHH!

  • now thats a game!!! :D

  • God bless Fallout
