@Endnuenfyr, maybe some do, probably from over-exposure and pressure...but I've met a number of really sweet ones. Shawn Johnson, Shannon Miller, Nastia Liukin, Terin Humphrey, Carly Patterson, Mary Sanders, Daria Kondakova, Silviya Miteva, Lisa Wang, Olga Karmansky (the last several are rhythmic gymnasts) are a few that I've met or had the chance to speak to, and they were all very sweet in person.
i forgot but it was at an olympic qualifier she had some difficulty on a pass from the low bar to the high bar or vise versa.i was watching a vid on her when it said that she did

Apparently most of these elite gymnast girls act like bitches sometimes. Consider their age, pressure, pms disorders etc.

Carly had many more falls than throughout her career. She was a great gymnast, but she definitely fell more than twice.
