@beohel Accoring to the Penetration tables presented in the King Tiger book from Osprey publishing, the IS with the 122mm gun could not penetrate the KTs armour frontally even at Point blank range however it could penetrate the KTs side armour at 1400m. But without a doubt the IS was one of the few vehicles the KT feared. all i'm saying is there is no proof the KTs armour was penetrated, it may have been but we just dont know.

Its UNSTOPPABLE when it has pioneers or panzer grenadiers nearby, it can go to the end of a battle without dying and be repaired fully before the next one starts.

@SwissCheese707 Abrams isn't due to the technology in their armour. That's what makes the difference. The Challenger 2 has the honey-comb armour which allows it to absorb blasts from c4 and RPG's, where as the Abrams doesn't.

@SwissCheese707 ur a idiot abram has 120mm cannon while the C2 only has a 105mm and the abram has a better targeting system than the C2. the targeting system on the abram allows it to hit a object the size of a football going 30 mph in air from 3 miles away. the range of the 120mm cannon by the way is 12 miles while ur 105 is only 9 miles so just so if u facter it out the abram would easly hit and kill a C2 from its max range, while the abram is safly out of range with of the C2.
I play as ally, and when i play Scheldt (3v3) we come in 3v2 in like 6 mins, becouse at starts allies are so overpowered :)

i love how in games ppl think the king tiger can give them a win, if you think about it. it is in the top 4 tanks easiest to destroy. StuG/StuH, Hetzer, Jagdpanther and Kingtiger
@leonidas231 It's only easy to destroy if they expect it to be a superweapon. If they run it like a badass panther and support it and micro it you'll have a hell of a time killing it. You need to land a critical hit to destroy it, anything else will just bounce even if it's down to 1hp. They're very tough to kill. People just have a bad habit of building them and then sending them off on suicide runs. Granted they usually leave a path of destruction more than worth the MP investment, but still.
The enemy showed bad decision making by sending in weaker tanks to fight the King Tiger when they could have sent AT infantry with minimal armored support (more like distraction) and perhaps an AT gun.
@Ricokz uhh if you didn't notice, it didn't matter at that point. a lone KT is not enough to turn the tide when axis are losing that badly on Hochwald map. quite frankly the allies could have just teased the KT and still won

Thanks for comments guys. I did do some bad micro at 1:00 though. Anyway, since then I've played a game where my KT has gotten 32 enemy vehicle kills. :)
