Thanks for posting! I love to read and learn as I go along. Does all the makeup you wear affect the loss? I know you're not supposed to wear makeup but only oil free powder, lipstick and eyebrow pencil. I would love to wear makeup!!! I don't dare though...invested to much to risk it!!
Was 110# your usual weight in the past? In "Pounds and Inches" Dr. Simeon talks about getting to a weight that you had been at in the past. I'm glad you are going to be very serious about the 3 weeks after the injections, because that is so important to get your hypothalmus reset at that new weight.
