My advice for losing weight is just to change your lifestyle. I lost about 8-10 KG just by changing my eating habbits and doing a bit more exercise. Some people don't realise to lose weight you don't need to starve yourself (You've seen the ads :) For example, when I got home I would have maybe one or two packets of instant noodles, now I just have a piece of fruit or something. I changed from having white bread to multigrain, normal butter to light. Just little things like that add up
ok if u want ot lose weight get rid of all the junk food and always go out and workout or play basketball or run if you lose more weight then u eat in a day you will lose weight just watch what you eat
Hey harry, I'm in the same situation lol, I'm 15 going on 16 next year in March, I weigh 95 kilograms, my goal is to cut down to 80 kilograms and perhaps put on a six pack, bit of chest and some arm muscle, how much is your weight, reply to me on my channel, and I suggest you could follow my goal
ok here it is buddie.walk 10,000 steps a day..or do 30 minutes of exercise a day where you get your heart rate going...jogging..speed walking..tredmill..eliptical..dancing..swimming..riding a bike...anything physical..and eat 1200 calories a day..eat fruits veggies lean meat and fish...eat small portions three times a day with a small snack twice a day.good luck!
I did a Marathon and worked out for well over 8 months and felt absolutely fantastic.. My spells of depression went away and I generally felt a lot brighter. :)
Perhaps work out with friends at the gym or go on jogging sessions with someone else.
Lots of water.
Eat well (maybe speak to your Doctor or a Nutritionist for help) and you can treat yourself every now and then.
Dude, Wii Fit is more pseudo exercise, not a complete waste of time but your money is better spent on other things. A lot of walking is a very good way to get started if your body is not used to doing more intense stuff. As far as food goes just keep it simple and basic, no fast food.
Burn more calories than you take in. The principle for losing weight is really that simple. However, for some people it's much harder to do so than for others.
I could definitly try this, I think my mother has a calorie book somewhere. I am definitly considering buying Wii Fit, I'm sure that will help that a bit.
so you're 95 kilos, how tall are you?
I'm 110 kilos and 181 centimetres tall, so you're not doing too bad.

I also started doing some simple muscle exercises, maybe a few sit ups / push ups will help a lot, comment back and I'll write some more :)

Thanks, but it's actually more of a health issue than a weight issue.

My friends aren't exactly the sporty type but I have no problem in doing it alone. My girlfriend and I usually go for walks every now and then
Gym membership is through the roof.
I always wanted to run a marathon, I might do that later in the year.
Thanks heaps and thank you for subscribing

I know Wii Fit is not an appropriate form of excercise but I was thinking of only getting it for fun.
I walk home from school somedays and I go for a run every weekend.
The no fast foods idea is good, anything healthy alternatives as Tuesdays I go to a fastfood restaurant for food (Hungry Jacks) it's a friend thing.
