  • Pfft.... By them we will have force fields or some shit to protect us from the sun.....

  • Whoever wrote the description...

    your an idiot.

    That is all.

  • hmm......well.....um......shit

  • Well... if this eventually happens, and if humans are still around, they will die way before the sun touches the planet because it would be extremely hot!

  • I live on Mars so... :P

  • @omg2111

Yes dude your correct, because Mars Is Terraformed.

  • yuck its not true the sun don't eat planets! and sun is kind planet

  • @butterflycrystal23 the sun is not a planet.. its a star

  • the video was cool until the end. it killed it

  • Yes and what ?

  • This video is soooo wrong in sooo many ways.

  • dude.....i think we just got burned

  • Hey earth? what do you want? red giant

  • Chuck Norris' campfire

  • Put the Sun on life support.

  • hey that 6 billion year... in space light time is equivalent to 1 year if you go to space ahha

  • really the sun getting bigger tottaly not real

  • The sun won't explode it will implode

  • GOD MADE EARTH SO HE'LL DECIDE HOW TO END IT SOME SPACESHIP AND SATILITES IS NOTHER COMPARED TO THE ONE WHO MADE EARTH IN THE FIRST PLACE SHEESH PEOPLE ARE SO STUPID THESE DAYS -.-'

  • Move to the other earth

    !!

  • ZU not WURRY GUYS the sun will eat some maltesers when hes Hangry

  • Comment removed

  • The sun will never go "boom!" the actual explosion will just be a "poof" and the gases just expand into dust particles

  • Blahhh

  • :) Hello in your channel

  • kaboom the sun exploded the end

  • I'm disliking it because I dont want that to happen.

  • @Meatbunnie in 1995 they had calculated that the sun had a 5 billion year lif spand to go >:P

so it wont happen in our lifetime :P

  • @gaffelnskje Exactly. It's already been proven that we're not gonna die anytime soon. Silly people [:

  • @lauren90100 i know ^^ 21 december 2012.. i am looking forward to see the faces on everyone that belived in it XD

  • Nom moms

  • Fuck off with your 2012 shit! Pessimistic, negative fucks!

  • How much you wanna bet in 2012 some scientist will go like "Wait, we have been listening to faint signals from extraterrestials over the radio this whole time. I thought it was just static. Whoops, my mistake."

  • This will happen...in about 7 billion years.

  • @oneperson85 5 billion years.

  • look at the other stars like pistol star there big as hell this all make since.

  • lo unico sobresaliente en este video es la musica, lo demas me aburre.

  • We dont have to worry about this just now. Our sun will keep going for a while yet. The big problem is a star 150mil light years from us called ik pegasi B, that has already stopped working and is a ticking time bomb of a supernova that will blow the atmosphere off our planet and wipe us all out.

    Happy f'kn christmas.

  • @mancityproject happy christmas to you too

  • @mancityproject you mean merry christmas XD

  • @mancityproject sure u got ur info right? its not mil* else that in a far away galexy.. cant hurt us. mayb u meant 150 light years away... oh well.. nice knowing y'all....

  • You my friend have a great taste in music. :)

  • @retardedChickenVids Its a guess chill bro ure the idiot one get a life bro

  • I think we are due to collide with the Andromeda galaxy before this ever happens. But either way end game for us.

  • this would happen more drawn out, it would take a couple of months for the sun to reach at least venus, and in those times, the earth's temperature will skyrocket to over 200 degrees.

  • erhmm, im the end, the sun was going intosomething. and that is a blackhole, nothing to do with the video.... and how the fuc,k should there suddenly come a giant blackhole into our solarsystem??? just asking

  • @Zharnok It has to do with the star collapsing in on itself because of its gravity. But its the super giant stars that form black holes, not main sequence stars like our sun. I'm going off of memory, but I think I'm in the ball park.

  • the sun is half life 2012 is fake and we r ded before that happens thumbs up if agree

  • Earth and everyone on it just took an arrow to the knee.

  • SUN YOU BETRAYING LITTLE BASTARD!

  • We are all star childs.

  • 2012 is bullshit but this is a fact mother fuckers

  • every year the sun and mars get 1 cm closer and the moon gets 1 cm farther

  • Our sun is running out of hydrogen very slowly and we have a long period of time to find a new earth for human kind.

  • we need to search a new planet to save the human race

  • Ehy is the sun in this video yellow instead of RED!

  • Don't worry Zombieland will happen before this.

  • Hey, by 6 billion years, we have probably found a way to feed the sun hydrogen and helium. So calm down guys.

  • @MutantPapayaVEVO Why would anyone be freaking out anyway, we'll all be long dead in 6 billion years...

  • @MutantPapayaVEVO By 6 billion years, humanity will probably be gone

  • @NotCliffyB Exactly what I was about to say. Most people don't stop to think that humanity can one day become extinct.

  • @MutantPapayaVEVO 6 billion years better start packin

  • @MutantPapayaVEVO It isn't due to hydrogen and helium fusion, it's due to the amount of density. Stupid, giving it more helium and hydrogen would make it worse.

  • @MutantPapayaVEVO sorry to be a nerd but eventually that will turn it into a black hole.

  • @Ben182010

I don't mean to be a nerd either but the sun just doesn't have the mass needed to become a black hole. I will just become a white drarf and eventually grow dark. But it will be a REALLY big diamond when it's all said and done.

  • @hidari209 well it will if we feed in hydrogen for thousands of years

  • @MutantPapayaVEVO In 6 billion years we will be long dead. So calm down guys.

  • @1XxHawk666xX1

    EXACTLY! It's not our problem.

  • as long as I lose my virginity in the next 15 billion years, I'm ok with this happening....

  • @Pudlis16 agreed...

  • I want to see it in my lifetime!

  • i hope this will happen, after my death.ha ha ha ha ha(evil laugh)

  • OHHHHH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

MY LIVE END IN 13 BOLION YEARS !!!! NOOOOOO ;(

  • I'm ready for the world to end. I don't care how many years it may come, but I'm prepared for it!

  • Comment removed

  • @voss297 u sound retarded man

  • Don't you think 2:07 looks like a giant boob, thumbs up if ya do :)

  • Just a 1,000,000,000 More years and we all die :D

  • this will happen in 5 billion years not in 2012 im not lying. so no need to worry we will all be dead by then :)

  • earth would have been incenerated at 1:18 because of heat waves.

  • astrollphysics at its best.

if the sun becomes a giant red, earth will be like; on saturn's current orbit, and will be frozen.

  • everyone. the world will NOT end in 2012. its a fucking film, guys. damn. the world WILL end in about 5 billion years. the sun will run out of fuel and become a red giant, engulfing earth, venus and mercury, in fire. then it shoots out waves of plasma and stuff, then exploder and dies, and begins to shrink. mars and everything behind will be left intact, but if there are aliens, than i hope the sun doesnt become a black hole or pulsar when it dies, or we are all fucked.

  • @Empoleon4070 unfortunately we won't have that long. the world as WE know it will end when russia/china/america decide that nukes were meant to fly which won't be in 5 billion years lol most likely in the next 50.

  • @Empoleon4070 I agree because these guys are making rumors about something that isnt true to scare the hell out of kids so just shut up guys with rumors

  • ENTIRELY INCORRECT. are you fucking kidding me? i studied astronomy for way too long to even watch this without being pissed off.

  • @WalkinginWonderland look out, we got a badass over here

  • this is much more acurate for the end of the world....but i agree with @theANTMpredictor

  • In 5 billion years the sun will run out of hydrogen to burn. Then it will burn helium and turn red. After it has no fuel to bur it will Implode and destroy Mercury,Venus, and Earth.

  • 1:51 The sun is like om nom nom ;D

  • what time will this happen if you don't know then not real

  • great cannot wait,,,,, wont have to pay for my gas bills, price of gas these days to expensive... all year round central heating free... love it,

  • the end is not on 2012 dont worry guys :)

  • i bet in 2012 we will pop to mars :)

  • @yoyo33993399 YAAAAAAAAAY BACK TO MY HOME PLANEEEEEEEEEEET!!

  • @yoyo33993399 I bet nothing will happen and you're an idiot.

  • @RetardedChickenVids calm ur tits

  • @yoyo33993399 Popping to Mars won't save us. All Solar System Planets will be burnt, dissolve and disintegrate.

  • how come it doesn't burn uranus

  • this is a correct thing the sun will one day burn our planet suck it up and we're all dead in like 2 3 million years now just fucking chill!!!!

  • this video is totally fake

  • So and if this happens? Then what you cant do a fucking thing about it! Its just stupid when it happens cause we (earth) is the only smart life form in the universe. So it would be a little bit stupid when it happens. So.... it will never happen i mean the universe is not stupid lol :P

  • @marlb0r015 "the universe is not stupid" What on earth are you talking about? The universe is non-intelligent, its not smart or dumb. The universe doesn't care about anything, let alone one particular species on a pale blue dot circling a star in an arm of one of a plethora of galaxies. We could kill all life on the planet off, and it would continue on as if nothing happened. Also, we don't know that we're the only intelligent life in the universe, just that we're the only ones we know of.

  • In theory, if our sun was to undergo a transition into a red giant A. the change would be so slow that we would definitely see it coming, etc. thousands of years.

    B. The transition of the star to a red giant would increase the size of the star, in turn increasing the gravitational forces of the star, which would actually push inner planets away from the star, by opposite magnetic forces. So the earth, although boiled, would not be engulfed by the sun.

  • @Link13112 SO YOU ARE SAYING THAT THE EARTH WILL JUST GOT AWAY OF THE SUN BECAUSE OF THE GRAVITIATIONAL FORCES????

  • @taragomaragom The planet would be pushed away from the sun yes but it would also be destroyed in the process considering it wouldn't move far enough away to keep the oceans from dissipating and would most likely turn the entire planet into a desert

  • you scerc evrone but not me suliman im a mislim and i bleve that allah no if the world is gowing to end

  • its actually a lie this video is FAKE!!!!!

  • @fireblaster500 this video isn't fake, this will happen.

  • @Einstanzinho no it wont happen.

  • Comment removed

  • if the nucleus of our planet is so magnetic that attracts the nucleus of our star, why so far this has not happened with Mercury?

  • @monireks

Mercury has little to no magnetic field

  • @monireks As that happens in other solar systems, it is usually a white dwarf star, not a planet that does that.

  • 2:23 looks like an alien punching a dog.lol

  • @idontsignin haha it does

  • RE: 'We are already technologically advanced enough?'

We are already technologically advanced to 'the absolute zero in Kelvin'.

    1. We obtain our energy from dead plants and dead animals, by digging into the earth several thousand meters at average.

    2. We are bathing in solar energy (and also other energy sources from the space), but we cannot use even 1% of this.

    3. We have fallen into the 'traffic jam' of the fake financial system and nobody knows whether there is a normal exit out of it or not

  • I would be like ".......Well, We're Fucked"

  • ok this video is WAYYYY OFF! look the sun is 3,000 times bigger thenour planet! when earth comes near the sun 1/3 of the sun wouldent bend twords earth probebly onely a few solar flars would but besids that nice vid!

  • "This video serves one purpose: the marriage of music with striking images to create an interesting and thought provoking work of art. "

    Mission failed.

And for the record, I don't think most of us want to see the Sun "explode" or something else happening to the Earth. If they're going to cry wolf all the time, the least they could do is teach us how to prepare for it with a sound plan.

Even then, this is billions of years in the future. We've come a long way already in just 2000 years.

  • Two massive explosions were noticed on Nov 3rd 2011, never seen before. Major communications disruptions. This end day solar cycle is the biggest as the sun starts to shift its poles we will be experiencing the hottest of days.

  • This is not interesting, for life on Earth will end up much before that 5 BLN period of time.

At some point in the future the Earth will start heating up rapidly (from the greenhouse gases or s.th) Then the CO2 from the rocks (limestone in particular) and from the ocean will be released and as a result of the positive feedback the equilibrium of the atmosphere of the Earth will switch over from from range A to B. The water will evaporate & instead of returning it will start leaving the biosphere

  • @U1T001

Out of all the arguments that say global warming will destroy the Earth, I haven't heard one say anything about how Photosynthesis could play a part. Plants need CO2 to produce oxygen, and we need Oxygen to produce CO2. So in reality, we'll have more air to breathe, and not only that, if the Earth heats up but not enough to evaporate all the water, it'll slow down a potential ice age in the future. And in the hands of a capable chemist, he can create diamonds and ozone just from CO2.

  • @TheDukeofMania

    1. The ozone is also a greenhouse gas (just don't ask me whether it is 'greener' than CO2 or not).

    2. The grammar tense is not 'it will destroy', but rather 'it is destroying'.

    3. We are not talking about the carbon cycle in nature - the discussion is what the vehicles and the steam power plants (producing 30 BLN of CO2 in excess to what can be processed by nature per year) are doing in this carbon cycle.

    4. If you have any photosynthesis driving along an exponent - no problems.

  • @U1T001

So you're saying ozone is contributing to global warming, yet it's protecting us from a much greater threat from the sun's UV rays?

Actually, I have a better question. What do we do if all this "Earth will end" talk is true?" Just sit in a corner and wait for it to come? This is why a lot of people don't believe in things like this. All we hear all the time is a whole bunch of doomsday talk, but no solution. In my opinion, it's a giant philosophically-driven scam that induces fear.

  • @TheDukeofMania

The ozone is a greenhouse gas not because I said this, but because it is classified as such on the grounds of its properties.

    RE: 'if it's true'

IMV it is not a matter of IF, but rather WHEN.

If you take a look at the 500 mya CO2/Temp. diagram you will notice that 60 % of the time the planet is into another state (ave. temp 24 deg., CO2 1000 pp, etc.), and less than 13% in the state as we know it.

Do you still think that it is that difficult to drive the Earth into another state.

  • @U1T001

So what's the entire goal of this? I haven't heard a solution from anybody yet, so my view stands that this is a global scam, designed to scare people into buying "eco" and "CO2-friendly" products. And the irony is that this video isn't even about global warming. It's about a dying star.

  • @TheDukeofMania

RE: 'the entire goal of this?'

The entire goal of this is to formulate the problem - at last (after 20 years of discussions). So far the official claims state that there isn't any problem, no solutions could be looked for and proposed. (I haven't heard of a solution to be proposed before specifying the problem).

    RE: 'the irony'

The irony is that when we get extinct as species it doesn't matter what will happen with the Earth. Planets are being engulfed by their Suns all the time.

  • @U1T001

Until I see a solution, I won't listen to 2012 talk. If you're so concerned about the sun, then why aren't you running around and screaming? I already have enough on my plate, Depersonalization Disorder to name one.

The world is depressing enough as is, and the last thing anyone wants to hear is a Sun-screamer.

  • @TheDukeofMania

    1. This has nothing to do with 2012 - absolutely nothing.

    2. The Sun is our least problem, taking into consideration that Greed is on top of the List.

    3. I don't see anyone fallen in hysteria here. This event is on schedule in 5 billion years.

BTW if someone is afraid of the shadow of his computer maybe not entirely bad idea is to go watering the flowers outside in the garden or whatever.

If I have no nerves to deal with a problem I don't go into the Eye of the Hurricane.

    Anyway.

  • @U1T001

Lots and lots of people link this to 2012 in some way. At least you're not.

  • not real well it will grow out to about were earth orbit is the it will fizz away to a white dwarf ... that will really happen

  • Just burn us the fuck up, Mr. Sun.

    · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · ·

    God knows we deserve it.

  • the wont grow, the sun will explode son enought but we wont be here to see it maybe our grangrandsons

  • ahh so scary~~

  • truely a spectcular phenomena after 12 billion years of a structured evolving solar system wiped clean and then the cradle for new stars in to form in its supernovae remenants...

  • Aside from the Ice caps melting, Giant meteors coming to hit us, the ozone layer leaving, and the sun exploding.. We're definatly going to blow ourselves up.

  • OK EVERYONE!!! WHY AND THE STUPID HELL ARE YOU GUYS BELIEVING THIS STUPID SHIT??? IT IS NOT THE END OF THE FUCKIN WORLD IN 2012! IF N.A.S.A IS SAYING IT IS THEN THEY ARE DUMBWITS

  • @theANTMpredictor lol ikr its guna take billions of years for this to happen xD

  • @theANTMpredictor it cant even be in 2012 it will happen in 5000012 xD

  • @theANTMpredictor IT ISNT IN 2012, BUT THE SUN THING IS TRUE

  • @Empoleon4070 the sun thing is true but i got a better one for u , isnt it true that our earths core comes from the sun it self it has its own, magnetic field . so by any means isnt it possible that our own core can do the same . like expand and destroy alot , maybe thats the buig bang theory orso

  • If I ever saw that happening in the sky, i'd be scared as f***.

  • ya lor i think it's fake it is just experiment

  • Question: How fast will the sun grow? I'm saying when it reaches the stage where it starts growing.

  • Don't worry people, by the time this happens humans would have either killed themselves by nuclear war, gotten eaten by aliens, or have somehow (against all odds) became sophisticated enough to leave our solar system.

  • @GrovyleXShinyCelebi

We already are technologically advanced enough?

The only problem is the amount of resources needed to travel distances outside of our solar system are relatively huge. A human can't live for hundreds of years. It takes days to get to the moon and back. Around 214 days (30.5 weeks approx) to even get to Mars. A trip to Mars is difficult because of the lack of resources. You say we are not advanced enough, I only agree because there is not enough space for fuel.

  • @iTozBoggleSC2

I err, ran out of characters...

Ok to get to the Oort Cloud it would take around 3.6 millions years from Earth. Obviously this number decreases as our technology advances, but humans simply cannot live long enough to breach our solar system. Even if we could live long enough our resources would have dropped to such levels in which we are unable to fly out. Resources, even if a human was placed into a cryogenic state, would be too great in a couple of decades.

  • @iTozBoggleSC2

    Out of characters again.

I know this is boring and you probably won't read this far. I just wanted to say that I know where you're coming from. Some scientist work day and night trying to find a planet available to sustain human life.

P.S. I don't think we would have been 'eaten' by "aliens" but maybe exterminated? Also there are most likely procedures ito be "activated" in the event of WW3...

  • that does happen to stars butit takes billions of years for dat to happen

  • the end of all thin

gs if must come will come we cannot change it only the God knows when the end will come thumps up if tou think that i am right

  • I would put on SPF 15 sunblock, and I'd be CHILLIN'!

  • ho ho ho its the deadly red giant lol

  • someday..

  • andromeda will collide with the milkyway before the sun blows up

  • @teamchaos75 True.

  • @teamchaos75 Space is vast. There's so much empty space, it's unlikely our sun would be destroyed by the galactic merging.

  • And then Uranus turned into a warm planet.

  • Humans will be extinct long before the Sun burns out. gaff..

  • Our sun=Death star.We are all gonna die wether you like it or not.

  • @Zodist Every star dies, even Red dwarves, which live for (Gasp!) 10 TRILLION years!

  • I didn't like any of that at all! >:(.

  • then maybe we would finally visit pluto!!!!

  • Boy, Chuck Norris would be lonely :(

  • @3DSuperWaffle No he won't, he'll just reproduce asexually. And not just Chuck-clones, but also women of every color and shape.
