iHave this phone & iHate it! The first 1 iHad was having problems. For example, whenever iWould try to send a text message, it would send out anywhere from 2-8 messages instead of one. So iFigured it was just the phone so iWent into Verizon & got a new 1 shipped to my house. Within a week of having the new one(which iStill have now sadly), it starting having the exact same problems except there's even mroe. It always starts surfing the web by itself and vibrates for no reason. Dont get it.

The droid has 3 qwerty keyboards. Two are on the touch screen. Holding the phone horizontal or vertical changes the keyboard. I use all three. The slide keyboard is large compared to others I've used. It is a bit awkward for my hands so I use the touch screen more often. One neat feature about the slide keyboard is the scrolling buttons and a central "enter" button. All my phones had been LG until this one. LG is crap. I won't go back to LG phones after having this one.

heres a tip, to not have to screw around with the zoom, use simple software like camtasia studio 7 to zoom in to the video, it wont look bad, but itll be better than zooming into stuff you dont want to

Battery life is short if a lot of apps are running in the background. You may only use one, but some open automatically when the phone is turned on. Any app that uses the data package constantly is using a lot of power (Maps, especially when GPS is turned on). My battery life has lasted 1 day and up to 3 days. I let it die several times during the first few days to train the battery. There are apps to download which help control what is running in the background. Those help!

This phone is great, addicted to customizing it to my liking. I gotta say the keyboard does really suck. Seriously, a flat keyboard? I actually got great at using the on screen keyboard for fast typing. I have had it for two months and used the keyboard literally under 10 times. BUT this phone is fucking badass and you should want it and be jealous of everyone who has it, laugh out loud. (see what i did there guys, i am god damn hilarious, i love me, you should too.)

@iwasbornfps at first its hard to slide it, and you have to get used to the keys, because most phones have the keys that arnt flat, but typing is pretty easy and good. I think I answered your question, if I didn't message me, and I will try to answer it.

Just so everyone knows, the phone was built and has pinch zoom, the reason why it didnt launch with it the US was due to a legal battle between apple and google, but with the android 2.1 update its been added and works flawlessly.
