that was good for middle school :) my middle school squad can do: back handsprings, back tucks, extension liberty tick tocks, super high basket tosses, extension heelstretches, libs, etc., high splits, one man extensions, shoulder stands, we can do level 4 and 5 stunts and we can do some college level stunts :]
