I don't understand how people are still argueing over console's, there is indisputable evidence that the ps3 is not as powerful as the 360, sure it doesn't make any sense seeing as the ps3 is supposed to have a better graphics card and all that, but that still doesn't compensate for it's lack of direct-X, open UI is shit and it will always be shit, that's why the ps3 version of mafia 2 has no blood, no cloth physics, more pop out, no particle effects, no high dynamic range and sub-par graphics.

But they weren't rare. The Xbox has a 45% fail rate while the PS3 has 11%. The new Xbox is also having similar problems (hardware) as the old models (you now get RDOD instead of RROD). I know someone who has sent theirs back twice. They played it for a short period of time and kept it very well ventilated and it still died. Playstation Consoles have always had better build quality. Even the original Xbox had a high fail rate. I suppose I'll just get both. I mean they both have their upsides.
