The Box Tops best of has been renamed to Neon Rainbow because of this advert.

For those who don't know, this song is by The Box Tops.

It's sung by Alex Chilton, who went on to form the incredible and legenadary Power Pop band "Big Star". For those who don't know them you should check them out, they're one of the most important and yet unsung bands of the 70s.

After you have listened to Talk Talk customer services as much as I have and realised they are so inept at what they do, it makes you realise how a company can destroy a fantastic track.

@beachbaycove UK customer services is really good, I had South African and Indian people telling me to change passwords and user names and to unscrew the modem even go onto the roof to check the phone line wires were not touching (I didnt of course). I spoke to an English man and he had it set up in 5 mins, these offshore call centres have no idea what they are talking about, why don't companies care about their customers passed signing you up!?
