  • Yikes! His legs are bent throughout the video. If his seat were a little higher, he'd have more pedaling power.

  • wake him up dont let him fall asleep

  • TRON!

  • How old are you? Your technique needs some work, 1st of all your feet should remain flat for more efficient pedaling technique and your back is arched way too much it needs to be flat! Hope this helps :))

  • @riverkjg The term for his back is actually "flexed" not arched. It could not be less arched. And while I agree a flat back is healthier, this type of athlete sometimes sacrifices general health for specificity at his or her sport... just google "track racing velodrome cyclist" or similar and you'll see plenty of pros with a hunched/flexed back.

  • @conwict7 Agreed, but what i am trying to say is that by a few minor adjustments his power output could be increased by an inlarging ammount. For example having a more "horizontal" back positon for better aerodynamic and more efficent pedaling techniqueE.G. Road cyclists.

  • @riverkjg Do you have any idea what you're talking about?

  • @Nenbran575 Yes, yes i do my father is a head track coach!!

  • @riverkjg Ok, champ. Whatever you say. Keep it up, boss.

  • question is how to stop

  • @Nenbran575 You seem to be quite the troll commenting on a lot of videos my friend!! give it a rest aye and go back to playing mw2

  • @zchrystrmrdr if its fixed why would you need brakes? think it through
