Who cares about race? This shouldn't have been about race to begin with, this world focuses too much on the unimportant bullshit. In my personal belief, this show had promise. Yes, the leads were of color. We can all clearly see that, no use in getting worked up over it. But don't forget the CAST was a mixed cast. I highly doubt Carter Macintyre signed on thinking, "My god, I'm cast in a BLACK tv show!" Hell no he was probably thinking "Yes, I have a job! I hope this show becomes something."

there r black people who are not mixed-race but look mixed race or better looking than mixed race. I think people fuss too much about mixed race. Ever since I was young, people keep saying mulatto or mixed-race as it was some kind of gold race and this makes mixed race people very arrogant cause they go around walking as if they were better than anyone else. I don't understand all the ignorant comments. I could care less if these actors were orange with neon green dots on their body! This show seems awesome and intense! I love J.J. Abram's work (Lost, Alias, Fringe, Star Trek) I can't wait for the pilot, and the actors are so sweet and they're both beautiful!!!! Boris is really attractive aswell. Who cares about ethnicity, what matters is that they can act and have the chops to do so and it appears so.

I loved Gugu in Doctor Who and Boris in Soul Food. If Spock & Uhura could be an item in Star Trek, I have no doubt that with J.J. Abrams at the helm "Undercovers" will soar into the stratosphere!

There have been way too many English actors on American tv lately, Almost every show that airs in the 8pm time slot has one or more english expats in it... if it's not a judge on a reality show, it's a main character with an American accent. Where are the American talents?
