I'm a writer for Natural Awakenings Magazine. I was reading Plato one day and read the discussion between Ion and Socrates about why Ion is so good at reciting Homer. Socrates made the argument that Ion was basically channeling Homer and that is what most poets and artists do. They channel from the divine. I am still contemplating this, but after I read it I was inspired to write a New Age Children's short story. In fact, when I was done I felt as if someone else was feeding me the words. Hmmm.

Currently drawn to say in borrowed and unborrowed words; the meaning of life is to give meaning to life, rather, it is to experience life though your unique perspective (life being in itself a neutral prop.) Might as well enjoy it, but if you don't, it is still just as valuable. If everything is truly one and everything is truly infinite then our True experience is the same. This may make the individual seem arbitrary, but on the contrary--every perspective/potentiality is literally essential.

I'm a writer for Natural Awakenings Magazine. I was reading Plato one day and read the discussion between Ion and Socrates about why Ion is so good at reciting Homer. Socrates made the argument that Ion was basically channeling Homer and that is what most poets and artists do. They channel from the divine. I am still contemplating this, but after I read it I was inspired to write a New Age Children's short story. In fact, when I was done I felt as if someone else was feeding me the words. Hmmm.
