  • Dave was a great man. I've stumbled across this video throughout the years and it brings tears to my eyes every time. Cho loved those of us who were in his youth group. It has taken me years to understand that.. Cho was a stud, a man of the Lord. I thank you Dave for loving me when I was loveless, for putting up with all my crap throughout the years. See you again one day. Thank you for this message and the encouragement it has given me.

To anyone who reads this - read Psalms 103!

  • He is so right when he says,

the greatest compliment we can receive is when someone says--

    "[He] loved me."

I don't know this man, and just stumbled on this video, but I want to say thanks to David, and those who posted up this video. My deepest feelings for his passing.

  • im sorry my sister went the same way r.i.p my friend

  • Dave Cho is an amazing man, and regardless of the fact that you don't know him or understand his situation you should respect the man for experiencing such a hardship and continuing through it praising God and positively influencing others. Even if you don't believe in God or what Dave stood for, you have no purpose or validity in saying the things you did. I got to speak at his funeral, he was an amazing mentor and great friend.

I advise you to pick your words more carefully in the future.

  • I miss you, Dave. Continuing your legacy...continuing to make a difference.

  • where are his other messages?

  • I don't know who this man is. I was actually searching for sermons for the popular Korean pastor David Yonggi Cho. I was pleasantly surprised to find this touching story, unfortunately though under these circumstances. A great message.

  • I love Dave. He was such a great mentor to me and I miss him.

  • God bless you brother. God loves you very much, and hopefully his love can be seen through you, so that more people who view this can appreciate the power and love of God.

  • It's hard to type with tears in my eyes. Thank you, David. I look forward to meeting you in glory one day. What an amazing perspective.
