Yeah, and their countries are doing so well. Belurasian GDP is one of the lowest in the world and Venezuela will join them as soon as their oil runs out. Comunism does not work - there is not one country in the world where it does. Capitalism is not perfect but it's the best we have.

For example, if it has infertile lands to produce enough food it must buy food from other countries wether it satisfied needs for domestic market iwith specific good or not - it must export the good in exchange for food. The same applies for energy, water etc.
