Seriously I don't think you should be mean to the kid because it's easier for her to get away with it, leaving you in trouble. It's happened to me before. Yes, they can be little brats, but let's face it, they're KIDS. What you can do is warn her that if she doesn't behave, you'll tell her parents, and hopefully she'll be punished without you getting any blame, or just let her be spoiled and do what she wants because she and her parents will be sorry later on in life.
