Mov. there is a full explanation from Congressman Peter Welch on why they are "not using the impeachment tool", as if that is a conditional precess for them to act on or not. The only way we can influence them is to recall our representative or wait until another election. Not a good choice.

Why not? 2: Is Congress going to impeach Bush or not? If not, why not? 3: It is time to ask spineless Senators/Congressmen to resign their offices. They act upon the will or the people or they step down.
