thank you for responding, I have been wanting to build a baroque guitar and was wondering if you drew up the plans for this instrument or if they were already available. Also, being that these guitars were pre fan bracing, what was the top bracing like? Last question, what did you use for finish? It looks like orange shellac on the the back and egg whites on the top.
@vintageguitarguru The top bracing on baroque guitars tends to be a a form of ladder bracing consisting of three sometimes four bars. Bare in mind the gut string tension is quite low so the bracing can be kept lightweight as you are not trying to reinforce like many modern guitars therefore you can optimise the movement of the top.

Thanks, those are all my private plans and molds, and sorry the top bracing is my secret - the sound is amazing!,
The finish is brown tint and blond shellac and egg on the top - correct,
It will be a pleasure for me to build one for you if you like.
Thanks,
Yaron.

Thanks a lot, I would say it is more challenging build for me than a steel string guitar,
it is very light (740) grams! only, very very thin and delicate, and the ornaments are a lot of work (rosette and the mustache)

beautiful, would you say this was a more or less challenging build than your steel string guitar?
