I am going to try this tonight, did you only use half a box of pasta or did you use the whole box. I saw it says 8 oz but when it is in the dish it looks more then a half of a box of pasta.
@SharingOurLife Perfect timing, I am making it right now. I am boiling the whole box and figured I would see what it looked like when I mixed it with the other ingredients. I wasn't sure if I would need to double those or not.. I didn't think a half box would make much. We too are a family of 5 with 3 boys. Thanks so much for getting back to me. I am anxious to try it now.
@SharingOurLife It was super yummy, everyone loved it! I did end up using 2 cans of tomatoes, 1 I drained an1 I didn't. I also added another half container of cream cheese and it turned out perfect. I also did add some mushrooms, I just sliced them up and added them to the onions when I cooked them in the oven. Thanks so much for the cooking videos, they are my favorite. I am always looking for something different to make. I get bored with the same things all the time.

@MsBaronDog I used the whole box, cause there is 5 of us. AND we like leftovers.
AND we did NOT drain the tomato's which I think made it very good. :)

@theganttgang You can change the pasta to wheat, and change the cheese and cream cheese up. I don't think it would be to bad.
