anyone with lag issues please be patient. This is a beta and supposed to be to test the us servers. closed and open beta are very different in the fact that this is 1.5 and way more ppl will be playing then closed beta :) so just try to wait it out.

I am playing on Euro Servers.

In fact the beta runs smoother then I expected *remembers the WoW open Betas several years ago...*

that would be awesome, it's the class i want to go for so it would be good to see some footage of that. what system are you running this game on?

It is an AMD Phenom II 955 (4x 3,2Ghz), 6GB RAM and ATI Radeon HD 4850.

Game is running with around 80fps most of the time with max. GFX settings and 8xAA.

BTW: I've played hunter for a long time in WoW Classic & BC, so it will be very interesting for me to play Ranger in Aion :)

yeh i played archer in L2 and i have a hunter on wow. i did not like the hunter in wow so much though, they got on my nerve everytime i was one. they always pwned me and i couldnt pwn anything lol. in l2 archer rocked though Phantom ranger all the way!!!

I've never played L2, in fact I never played an mmo besides wow. But i've read that ranger is a class which is powerful but difficult to master. Similar to the hunter in WoW. I am looking forward to it!

yeh well comparing l2 archer with this ranger will probably not be a good idea:P cus l2 is a pretty simple game. and archers classes is usually easy to play hard to master xD

Yeah this crys are a bit annoying.. hope they change it to a bit more "western like" voices until release :S

I did not get a single DC exept a announced server downtime of 10 minutes. Also lag was nonexistent.

The game/servers seem to run very smooth for a beta
