  • It's OK to beat up a retarded girl for smoking on a bus. Smoking is for hell burners. Illegal drugs are for hell people as well. He should NOT be fired for ANY reason.

  • @PmMidnight hey dumbass the link for the video is in the description

  • I think it is ok if the reaction to your action is always posotive. if someone stole something and was running... i wouldnt think twice of tripping them... its like letting someone get stabbed when you have a gun, metaphorically speaking... of course. i think to certain extent's that it is fine.

  • fuck you,you piece of shit......misleading title

  • THE BUS DRIVER WAS ( N O T ) WRONG ~ THE BUS DRIVER SHOULD NOT BE FIRED ~ HE DID HIS JOB 1000% CORRECT ~ YOU CAN'T SHOW RESPECT TO A PIECE OF TRASH ~ YOU TREAT THEM LIKE TRASH ~ AND SHE GOT WHAT SHE DESERVED!!!! I APPLAUD THE BUS DRIVER ~ BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • SHE SHOWED DISRESPECT TO THE BUS DRIVER AND THE PASSENGERS ~ HE GOT UP AND WARNED HER MORE THAN ONCE ~ AND TO LISTEN TO HER DIRTY MOUTH ( NO RESPECT ) ~ BRAVO TO THE BUS DRIVER ~ I AM SO PROUD OF HIM ~ WE NEED MORE BUS DRIVERS LIKE HIM!!!

THE LAWS ARE NOT SEVERE ~

THE ONLY THING THE BUS DRIVER DID WRONG ~ WAS NOT TO BEAT THE HELL OUT OF HER ~ SO SHE WOULD REMEMBER WHAT SHE DID FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE ~ & THEN MAYBE SHE WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE LIGHTING UP A CIGARETTE ON PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION!

  • she deserved it!- i hate people like her, but he was wrong and putting his job in jepordy by doing that

  • "Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without the law is both. It is as cowardly to betray an offender to justice, even though his offences be against yourself, as it is not to avenge an injury by violence. It is dastardly and contemptible in a wounded man to betray the name of his assailant, because if he recovers, he must naturally expect to take vengeance himself."

  • Everyone is so god damn sensitive these days. Whose job is it to beat the shit out of the drunk asshole at the bar? Or the smartass that keeps lipping off at a party or something? We are animals, get the F*** over it. Violence is the end all, why do you think we go to war? That being said he shouldn't have punched her outside of the bus, and he was a little rough when he grabbed her up. I would have done the same thing just being a passenger, the dumb b****. Be respectful and you'll have respect

  • @LionEntity Your Wrong What he did was Not nice he did not do the good thing the cops should have done the work cause its there job his job is driving the bus and get people safely to there destinations and drive people where they wanna go on the bus routes only.thats not his job to kick someone off if he wanted to do that why coulden't he be a cop instead of bus driver but what he would have done also throwing someeone off the bus would be inapropriated also.Just tell them to get off or arrest.

  • All Orion Cng's And Orion Buses Run under electricity but what he did was not nesscary that women was in the wrong also for smoking on the bus But that bus Driver Was really wrong He picked her up and threw her off the bus she should have pressed charges on him cause what he did was rude and inapropriated He should get fired also I hope he did.He should have called the cops or something.@ni2cris You was right the Cng and Orions Buses are electric so It could have boom but don't think about that.

  • Yeah, dude went overboard. That woman looked old too.

  • 1. He should have turned the bus off and call the cops.

    2. Tell the riders CNG buses use Natural Gas! One Flame,One Gas Leak? BOOM!!

    3. Remove himself and anybody else that wants to come with him; Down the Block and wait for the Crap To Hit The Fan!

  • Omerta... that's all

  • (3rd part) but i do feel sorry for people who have to live in big cities...life is so stressful. everybody's always on the edge, ready to snap...that's ugly. we need to lead life more relaxed. the way the system is built is so destructive to people. most people who just snap on any occasion and make a fool of themselves are possibly wonderful people deep inside. we're human beings, we should be able to reason anything out gently. life has no meaning left when you lose your awareness.

  • on second thought, after watching the recorded video of the incident, i wouldn't have grabbed the woman like that. i would have spoken to her more nicely. i don't know man...everybody is so stressed in the city. that's why i hate the city. the woman smoking for personal reasons, surely had a terrible morning, the bus driver likewise for acting that way. i would have called for help, or at the most open the window for the smoke to get out. i would have made her sensitive to the harm she's doing.

  • He's not a cop but he did a good thing by kicking her off the bus. He's the person who runs the bus. It's not about being paid to do so or not, it's about common sense. And calling the cops for a person smoking a cigarette in a bus is really ridiculous...i'm almost sure that the cops would have never came for that kinda thing. Punching part wasn't necessary (as far as the story goes), but I would have kicked her off too, cause she touched everyone with her smoke and refused to turn it off.

  • ii think he should have thrown her off the bus but the punching part was uncalled for he should be charged but not lose his job even though ii understand both point of views LIKE if you agree

  • damn wonder what he woulda done if some dudes grabbed him and started fucking him up for that.

  • I think the bus driver was right to physically throw her out, but not punching her. Calling the police and waiting for them takes too much time, which those people on the bus might not have and the bus driver is also paid to get into stops on time. Throwing her out - correct, punching her - not correct.

  • Couldn't agree with you more buddy.. This man should of called the proper people to deal with the situation

  • I agree with the bus driver till the point he punched her. He should have just thrown her out, closed the doors and drove on. If you are smoking in a bus and you are asked multiple times to leave you are asking for it. You should be thrown out of the bus. As a smoker myself I won't like it if people light a cigarette in a bus. Its not about the smoking, its about the egocentrism and total disrespect for the people around you.

  • yeah the punching was entirely unnecessary like everyone said he could have told her as a warning that if she didn't put it out she'd have to leave

  • Guys can't punch girls !D:

    Unless it's playfully xD

  • @AbbyImaginary equal rights bitch

  • @honchoryanc o.O oh.. so that's why you have to call me bitch? When I don't even know you xD

  • @AbbyImaginary I'm not going to give you any special treatment now.. giving you those equal rights and all

  • i hate it when people just smoke anywhere maybe itll teach her a lesson

  • As a bus driver, who deals with these crazy bats day in and day out, oh hell yes.....Try that on my bus!

  • kicking her off the bus was totally fine. punching her is where he went wrong.

if he had called the cops over the issue, he wouldve looked silly.

just escort her off & move on with things.

  • @LoveeTayyx3 i take that back.

he shouldnt have touched her at all.

i just watched the actual footage of what happened &he was way too agressive.

she could be someones mother, grandmother, loved one.

&if she was part of MY family,

i wouldve kicked that stupid bus drivers butt.

u dont grab ppl like that.

i didnt realize thats how it all went down.

    smfh.

    he was wrong for that.

  • not to mention its not his job to kick her off by force thats why they havethe police thing .-. right?

  • Cal the police thats all he shouldn't have layed a hand on her :] and your not aloud to do the polices job thingy idk something like that xD NO HITTING >:C

  • He should of pissed on her cig imo. Pretty sure that would of made her stop.

My mom has been smoking since she was 15 but she doesnt smoke anywhere theres a no smoking sign becuase its common sense that you cant smoke there. This lady had 3 options. Option 1 was follow the rules, option 2 get off the bus and option 3 get THROWIN off the bus. By igoring options 1 and 2 she picked 3 by default so I have no problem with throwing her off the bus but punching her crossed the line.

  • what a dumb bitch, risking his job just for that, he's fuckin stupid

  • I think good on him for throwing her ass off the bus but he shouldnt have punched her.

  • Do you really think the Police would come for a Lady smoking on the bus? Also it would mean sitting waiting for them, what about the rest of the people on the bus, not only would they be inconvenienced with smoking but they would also have to sit and wait for the Police and possibly be late for work/appointment.

I bet this guy was fed up of dealing with disrespectful, selfish, moronic people on a daily basis, this lady was probably just the last straw.

  • i like that fact that the two highest rated comments are two different points of views that are related to the video

    only in the craftnation

keep up the good work Kev and the nation

  • kevin ur getting all this stuff from worldstarhiphop. yeah its crazy, and im still a fan of yours, but please, from a subscriber from CRAFTNATION please... more comedy and less "news"

  • Throwing her with enough force to make her fall & then hitting her afterward were not necessary. As for grabbing her to make her get off the bus, I have no issue with. The transit company is making a sob story about how they could have had police go, but truth of the matter is it wouldn't have solved anything. They would either be forced to continue driving with her on board or they would be forced to sit & wait. In cases like this the drivers should be allowed to use reasonable force.

  • Nevertheless, he could have merely confiscated the cigarettes, held the other cigarettes that she possibly held, and gave them back when she reached her stop.

  • I don't blame the bus driver.

  • dumb bitch shouldnt have smoked on the mutha fuckin bus

  • What a dumbass -.-

  • You're right Kevin he should've called the police not take things into his own hands.

  • Went to far with the punch. However when people are on a bus the driver is responsible for each person safety on the bus Similar to how a Pilot is on a plane.

  • Went to far with the punch. However when people are on a bus the driver is responsible for each person safety on the bus Similar to how a Pilot is on a plane

  • didnt see a problem with grabbing her but he went too far punching her

  • At least now people will be less encouraged to smoke in no smoke zones XD

  • im not sure if he punched her. couldnt really see much.

  • Should have just stopped the bus and called the police if she didn't get out.

  • I think he had the right to kick her off the bus, he could not grabbed her so forcefully, but he was looking out for his passengers because someone could had an allergic reaction to the nicotine (or something like that).

If I was him I would have removed her from the bus then called the cops, so we would have talked it out in a controlled environment and that it wouldn't escalate to something like that.

  • the punching her was to far but everything else seemed fine because she was breaking a law and the bus driver is allowed to make somebody leave the bus if they are breaking the rules of the bus

  • i think htis is screwed up they should have just said this bus is a non smoking bus like all the buses put the cig out or get off and ha bisky upload

  • the rules say no smoking and or drinking. no food either. so i dont feel bad for her. if you told someone no smoking in your house and they started smoking anyway youll be pissed an want to kick them out too.

  • @KollAidMann95 Exactly.

  • i applaud him. i have bad lungs and even a little smoke causes much problems for me. if i was on the bus the time it would have taken the police to arrive would have already caused me a lot of problems. and i could have gotten off but then there are lots more ppl on the bus who are all affected in some way. his concern is the wellbeing of his passengers and he had to control the situation. he shouldnt have punched her but i don think hs should lose his job..

  • fined yes fired no. ignorance shouldn't be tolerated specially when youve been told more than once.

  • I agree completely.

  • it was wrong for him to punch her, end of.

  • well I sure as hell would have grabbed and forced off the bus

Why should he or the other passengers have to wait for police to remove a lady for smoking? That seems like something the bus driver can handle. He fukd up when he punched her.

  • Lose his job and get an assault charge? Try giving him a raise.

  • It seems the bus driver was having issues of his own and took it out on the woman (who should not have been smoking in the first place)....but I still love New York.

  • Being a bus driver is a very hard job my man

  • I totally agree with you even though I'm a smoker...I try to be as respectful as I can when smoking but this man should have called the police and not taken the law into his own hands.

  • Well with all the terrorist things going on, for all we know the bus driver might have thought she was the new kind of terrorists, disguised as an old lady. Even if he was rough with her, it wasn't exactly like she wasn't expecting it with the way she was acting. If you're nice, people are nice back, if you're not.. well prepare to get your ass kicked. That bus driver is a hero, he probably prevented the deaths of the other passengers, due to passive smoking.

  • too me i compared that to if she were to spit on me like to lit a cigarette a bus is not only the dumbest thing you can do in my opinion but it's also the most disrespectful. the buss driver was excessive but i believe she prolly got what she deserved and i don't think she's gonna be doing that again.

  • That was wrong by the bus driver but that lady was out of order too , i have to take the bus drivers side bc hey u know they didn't train him for that kind of situation s

  • She had no respect for anyone on the bus. So the driver has the authority to throw her ass off the bus.

  • He should have just snatched the cig.

  • Bus driver did the best thing. GO MTA BUS DRIVERS!

  • boss

  • Well Kevin this bus driver best find a new job before he gets charged, I think his bus days are over!

  • Give her cancer

  • fuck that i would have choked the bitch to demonstrate what smoking does to you....lesson learnt

  • Haters Can Suck a Pickle!

  • i heared she aint pay her fair

  • If I see someone throw a cigarette out the window of a car.. then i go and pick it up and hand it back to them.

  • i think the woman deserved it. how ignorant can someone get to smoke in a bus full of people. i think we need more bus drivers like this guy. i hate when people have that mentality that just cuz someone is working to serve the public it means they can get away with watever they want. he shoulda ran her over too

  • She shouldn't have lit that fucking cigarette. She was warned, she didn't move, she's lucky she didn't get stomped out.

  • You should get Waves in your head

  • Both of them were in the wrong, but he is the one who should have been professional about this situation, and called the police for assistance. She broke the law, but he is not in authority to enforce the law.

  • she needed to stop being an arrogant ignorant retard, pulling her off is fine punching her na thats not cool

  • I love your crap. Your crap is the best crap. I want to take your crap and rub it all over my body. I will sleep with that crap on me for days, and then I will have my boyfriend do naughty things to be while still in your crap with a paper bag, with a picture of your face glued on to it, over his head. And it will be good.......Oh my gosh all that creepiness was built up since your last video....I am so sorry....almost....oh yeah!

  • When are you coming to the TAMPA IMPROV BRAH!!!!!!!!

  • She Should Of Left This Ain't No Rosa Park Shit lol

  • ANYONE WHO SAYS THIS BUS DRIVER IS IN THE WRONG SHOULD TAKE THEIR HEAD OUT OF THEIR ASS.

the most that should happen is a slap on the wrist for the driver, and one hell of a fine for the dumb woman. i would have done worse myself, personally.

  • KraftNation... we'd get free mac n' cheese as we watched these videos... that'd be the life.

  • i think he sould get fired

  • I think she should take him to court, and he should lose his DL for awhile..

  • Craft Nation or Listen to Justin Bieber.

  • lmao good, dont take time off my life and my health cuz u wanna smoke Go bus driver! that bitch should a stopped idont give a fuck why she didnt put it out there was babies on the bus and stuff i think he should not be fired

  • {Part 2}Had the driver done his job by following protocol (contacting his main office) this altercation would've been dealt with appropriately. It wouldn't shock me if this lady's family takes legal actions against the bus driver because of this.

    ~*~[[=Kea=]]~*~

  • {Part 1} This is crazy! I feel the bus driver took it too far when he laid his hands on her. He should've called his boss (as stated in actual vid) or directly called NYPD BEFORE it got that far. The problem with our society today (judging by some of the previous posts on this) people are more apt to physical violence rather than handling matters in a civilized, mature, diplomatic way. {See Part 2}

  • man my mom dont smoke and say she did.. and that dude did my mom like that i seriously would whoop the dog shit out this dude me, my dad, and my brother that was wrong on so many levels.... i mean i know she shouldnt smoke on the bus i know that but still man putting your hands on someones mom or maybe grandmother is wrong period!

  • i think its okay to take authority into your hands. police officers and the what nots are jus profeesional at it and da bus driver took it too far. although sh's a woman she still was ut of place and he had every right to get her off da bus. if it was a guy we wouldn't even been having this conversation but when he punched her, that was uncalled for and he need to get suspended at least

  • But she deserved it Clearly she was crazy People have Asthma and Shit and being in a Closed up bus that shit fucks with you.....

  • LOL sounds like the Story Dave Chappelle told about the Guy Masturbating on the Bus....

  • Craft Nation Whats Poppin!!! Whats Going On lol

  • fuck it she is disrespecting his job and she can't even follow a simple rule of not smoking...throw her ass right off the bus

  • the sensation of the information provided by the craftnation!

  • i think she deserved it

  • shit i wooda snatched dat cig and broke it right in front of her, cant get arrested for that

  • I think he did the right thing but when he punched her? that went to far.

  • Jeez, what is the world coming to?!?!?!? This is crazy.

  • where's the death note when you need it?

ROFL JK JK JK JK JK JK JK

  • she should have never been smokin, but da bus driver should have never put his hands on her.

  • he didn't need to hit the woman.

but lifting her up and throwing her off the nearest bus stop would have been the best idea.

  • I'd call the police and let them handle that bitch.

  • man, that's 2011 shit right there... Craftnation, BITCH!

  • Both were in the wrong, the women for smoking in the bus. And the bus driver for physically man handling someone. He should of waited and called the police if she didn't want to put it out, yes it takes longer than pushing her out of the bus but at least he would have his job intact.

  • I only think it's ok depending on the reason, like If I see a man beating the crap out of a woman, or a Mother beating her child, well , I definitely get involved THEN call the police, lol...only in acts of violence do I think it's ok to take matters into your own hands, because if you take the time to call police then wait for them to get there it could be too late..

  • i ride the nyc buses everyday and the bus driver can be very aggressive when it comes to unreasonable rowdy people. I would have shoved her of the bus but not punch her in the face. i know it is not his job to take people of the bus, but his job is to deliver riders safely, comfortably and relatively quickly to their destinations and if one person slows up everyone else trying to get the work or school he would have had a whole other problem to deal with.

  • that dumb bitch deserved it. Obviously you should fucking follow the rules instead of creating a scene and getting people to almost lose their job. I'd be so frustrated with that hag i'd probably end up throwing her off the bus after I pushed the cigarette into her eyeball.

  • thats messed up she didnt deserve this form of treatment but imo the bus driver just didnt want to screw up his schedule all up.

  • Kevin, I do believe in some cases it is perfectly acceptable to take authority over a situation even though you are not a police officer. I think in this particular incident, I think it was exactly what needed to be done, the forceful removal of the woman who refused. Calling the police would have inconvienced everyone (the wait) and the disrespectful lady refused to leave otherwise. I think it was completly wrong that he punched her afterwards, but forceful removal was defenitly warrented.

  • Apparently the retard doesn't understand the concept of rules. NO SMOKING ON THE BUS MEANS NO SMOKING ON THE BUS. She needs more than a beating. Second hand smoke kills.

People can take so much before they lose it.

  • I'm a smoker, but that lady deserved it, you know better than lighting up on a city bus.

  • dam bro you always got crazy ass news, thats whats up dude, i jus subd recently and i checked your website out, the one that had al thoughs clips, the funnyiest one was the uncle and the kid that shit had me crackin up, well hope to more vids gottta get goin

    P&P = Peace & Pot

  • Personally, she wasn't gonna get off the bus, he was right up to the point where he hit her. He got her off the bus, shouldn't of hit her.

  • Let alone a women . a man shouldn't physically put their has on a women because of they male being the more physically dominate person putting our hands on a female specimen twice our size no matter how mad they make us doesn't make it right under any circumstance

  • This dude is better than RWJ

I just unsubbed from RWJ and subscribed to Craftnation

    yay

  • C-NATION 4 EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Craft Nation t-shirts !!!!!!!

  • They were both wrong. She should not have been smoking. And she should have put out the cigarette. But the driver should have call the police, and not have physically hurt the woman.

  • this dude was on TV. tool Acadamey or some shit

  • The only problem i see here is the punching..

  • She didn't deserve to be punched, but kicked off the bus. Hell yeah!

  • At the MOST, I would have just grabbed the cigarette. and throw it out the window, and tell her that if she did it again that she will have to walk (but not in a blizzard or the highway or somewere dangerous.).

I don't think he should have thrown her off, and punch her. Maybe pick her up, and set her down.

  • frack that bus driver it's time we smokers take a stand, but, government has to keep us agianst eachother with there lies.... what ever happend to equil rights?

  • Kevin raising issues video by video trying to help make the world a better place, appreciate it

  • no i dont think its ok

  • If I smoke on a bus, and then you tell me not to and I refuse to stop, I promise that if you beat my ass, I will get the hint.

  • I believe in taking matters into your own hands. Why do I gotta go through eight years of law school or pay someone who's gone through the years just to get something done?

  • hey kevin... u should make craft nation t-shirts :P

  • I can see the throwing her off part. That is no big deal to me, but the punching was stupid and unnecessary

  • Enforcing the law is not an absolute police duty. You best be damb careful about it. Citizen arrests are still a legal thing. Throwing her off was one thing, but he did not have to take a cheap shot after she was off the bus. That was abuse and he should be punished accordingly...

  • Im glad he kicked her off, some people need to learn :) But he shouldnt of just hit her after she was off.

  • Also yes, he should be FIRED because he is being paid to drive the bus, not drive the people.

  • Smoke is just as bad as overdone deodorant, perfume, cologne, and loud music that is not allowed. So I am saying that you bus riders out there - STOP OVER DOING YOUR STUFF. Also the bus driver should've sat back down and called the police instead of getting rough with her. Also once someone sprayed their deodorant spray on me, that is wrong. I was showered with my own Antiperspirant and deodorant on me, and not only did I cough, but my allergies didn't like it. That was not cool!

  • @Okalani5000 stop over reacting, you can get over allergies

  • @rallotubbs1 Well, try to breathe when your lungs start swelling up. Then come back and talk to me about allergies.

  • Dude, you're a freakin' riot! SUBSCRIBE!

  • Bus driver did the right thing. Why should the other passengers wait 10-15 minutes for the cops to show up?

  • I would have thrown the bitch off too...If I can get arrested for smoking weed which is safe for me and everyone around me and this silly bitch can't even wait to get home to pollute herself with Tobacco..she has to blow smoke all over everyone. I wouldn't have hit her at all but i would have DEF removed her. CIGS ARE NASTY.

  • He aint need to punch her, but throwing her off the bus is cool. All bus drivers need to start doing that, besides thats what happens when you dont follow the rules.

  • NAhh she deserved it. She was smoking around people. Think about Second Hand Smoke and kids that could have been on the bus. And the punch was a reminder to stop smoking.

  • I think he did all the right things

  • smoking is bull shit, i would not hit her but I would kick her off

  • Well done bus driver I would of done the same..I drag her ass out and then yell "FEEL MY PIMP HAND" [SLAP!]

  • Comment removed

  • all these american buses look awful compared to london buses

  • he should have got the people on the bus to do something cause the police dont do shit

  • Thinking about it, the driver shouldnt be looked as the asshole for removing her because if the police did eventually get there to get her off the bus and she still refuses then the police would have forcefully remove her anyway and by waiting its just making the passengers be late for their stop and those waiting to get on the bus, the punch however was really unnessesary but as far as getting her off the bus is as it should go.

  • what a lil pussy bitch number 1 why the fuck is he grabbing an old woman like that and number 2 what the fuck he putting his hands on her and then punching her , i hope some one does that to him

  • People like that idiot who was smoking on the bus is the main reason why I hate taking the bus but I'd support that bus driver until he punched her. That was unnecessary.

  • being a bus driver has to suck a lot of the time, & there's no reason he shoulda left the woman on the bus ignoring any correction still smoking the cigarette, but i think when he gave her that extra kick& even before that bc he was clearly using excessive force to get the woman out, he showed he clearly wanted to kick her ass out the bus literally at that point. He showed his not-so-great intentions there. He shoulda had professionals deal with her if he couldn't get her out non-forcefully

  • i just don't agree with him punching her but i do agree with him kicking her off because the rule is no smoking and if she doesn't follow them then she shouldn't get a ride on the bus.

  • i just dont agree with him slapping her

  • Subscribed love the vids. Keep on goin bro, I love listening to your opinions on things.

    Good for you,

    RVI

  • yeah he just lost his temper. got's to go to anger management.

  • CRAFTNATION 4 LIFE!!!!!!!

  • You make time pass in a good way :) By watching your videos, I can make time fly listening to great stories told by an awesome guy :D

  • If you ask me, I say good going for the bus driver. The lady shouldn't have been smoking for one, and then two, she was acting like an ass and wouldn't leave, or even put it out... Thats just ignorance. And waiting for the police would mean that people using to bus to make it somewhere would be late. The punch was unnecessary though.

  • He was out of line big time you are a simple ass bus driver only thing he had the right to do was ask her to put out the cig or get off the bus he had no right to put his hands on her then he had the nerve to put his hands on her again. This man should be in the unemployment line right now.

  • i would've either called the police or snatched the cigarette. either one.
