@MrTomster93 no, just makes sure night temps are correct. Bearded dragons need darkness at night. geckos r okay with a blue bulb to imitate night light.

@neontreedragon You can have either one or both, as long as the heat is right. :) They dont need light since they are nocturnal, but if they have a hide and the bulbs on a timer, they r fine.
