Its interesting. The Gas station scene was filmed at a gas station in Kananaskis Country, located about 45 mins west of Calgary, Alberta. It is a real place, I pulled in there for gas a couple hours after this was filmed. They told me I missed Robin Williams by 2 hours. All of the props and everything were there. It was very interesting! Infact the majority of the movie was filmed in Western Canada, I recognize several of the spots in the movie.
