From this video I believe it was an accident. I remember playing a similar game with my uncle when I was younger. It was like in a net thing and he swing me around in it. Of course I older (being like 5 or 6 years old). The extent of his injuries could prove otherwise. It doesn't take much to hurt and kill a child. I wouldn't play this game with a 19 month old though.

It sounds like she was playing a game with the kid, not trying to hurt it. It looks like it was a horrible accident. When my children were small i would throw them up and catch them (maybe 6 inches or so) and they loved it. She was giving the baby attention. She was playing with the baby. From this video I believe it was an accident. I remember playing a similar game with my uncle when I was younger. It was like in a net thing and he swing me around in it. Of course I older (being like 5 or 6 years old). The extent of his injuries could prove otherwise. It doesn't take much to hurt and kill a child. I wouldn't play this game with a 19 month old though.

It sounds like she was playing a game with the kid, not trying to hurt it. It looks like it was a horrible accident. When my children were small i would throw them up and catch them (maybe 6 inches or so) and they loved it. She was giving the baby attention. She was playing with the baby. A lot of babysitters just sit their fat butts in front of the TV and completely ignore the kids. She just used bad judgement and a horrible accident occurred. I feel sorry for all parties involved.
