  • they are smiling because they are beeing paid 500 baht a day to do fuck all as opposed to 30 baht a day working on the farm

  • you''ve never been?

    for f*k's sake, mate...

  • If you haven't been here, why in the hell do you have an opinion about it? I've lived here since 2000 and you surely don't have a clue what you are talking about. Your facts are blurred and incorrect.... Before posting about the situation here, just your story straight,

  • You might need to use force to bring him back, cuz he just doesn't want to. Thaksin is so corrupted as a person.

  • Thaksin is ousted... but we want him back. Please don't mistake us. We are begging him to come back, but he doesn't come back, because he is scared of something. Please can anyone bring Thaksin back?

  • I don't think the author said if red or yellow shirts are good or bad. Saying good or bad is just lazy. I agree haha I think those red shirts are manipulated. By the way, I'm Thai.

  • I support Red shirts, Yellow people are

the one is BIG stupid people, Yellow causes all problem. Once people been

push around so much. you have to fight

back. Thailand will be a dividing country soon then you think. If they don't resolved this problem soon.

  • Damn you make me sick. People of thailand do not support killing of endangered species. You are the red shirt communist. Good people are the yellow. Also they do vote you retawd. Dats all fowks. Dat waskiwy wabbit.

  • for thai protesters, red is just a color, not communism. Yellow isn't democracy either but for the military-run government.

  • what the fuck you know about it ?? if you never been to Thailand before

  • the p.a.d want 30 percent of the goverment to be elected the rest to be hand picked from the thai elite does that sound fair to you ?

  • the reason they are smileing is they were all paid 500 baht a day buy the p.a.d if you have never been then dont coment i have lived in thailand for five years taksin come home please and sort this mess out

  • This guy is an idiot. He shows his stupid and his laughing looked like an insane old guy. What a pitifull old man.

  • I agree!

  • by the way, the guy in vidoe is อุบาทย์ สุดๆ สถุล I understand why he do this from where he belong too. poor him.

  • I went to Thailand last year and joined in fighting alongside the Pro Government supporters (Pro Democracy). The people in yellow don't vote, they want Army rule! And to say their not violent is ridiculous. They were attacking us constantly throughout the day and their were alot of injuries. I lost count of the number of times glass bottles flew past my head. The funny thing was everytime the police broke it all up. The pro government supporters would whip out the Karraokke for sing and dancelol

  • May I ask why you were interfering in another country's domestic politics?

  • Well, I was out there for a few months last year and was on the bus coming back from the British Embasy and saw thousands of people protesting, so i got off and was asking some of the demonstrators what it was all about. Anyway, I was just taking photo's at first but I became friends with alot of them (I still talk to them now) and they thought it was cool to have a westerner agreeing with them. And it seemed natural to fight back since we were outnumbered and having firebombes thrown at us

  • Perhaps my views are a bit backwards or something to that effect. I would have thought it rather peculiar for a Westerner to participate actively in this internal dispute. But I guess I have a lot to learn and thank God for that.

  • lmao! I Love yr sarcasm. I personaly think If someone has a cause worth fighting for then help them fight for it! I loved their passion for politics out there, and wished that people back home had the same enthusiasm instead of being brain dead robots who do what their masters tell them

  • You are not mature anyway, it is not about fight back, it is about to talk about the fact and reality.

  • The fact is, the current prime minister has not been democraticly elected and so it is in the "Red shirts" interest to get him out of office any way possible until such times as they call a proper election!

  • You're against interfering in another country's domestic politics? You mean like the U.S. interfered in Vietnam? Or Chile in 1973? Or Iran in 1953? Or Guatemala in 1954? Shall I continue?

  • If you think you kew about here, you are wrong. The PAD group did not want Army rule, don't try to convince they are like that..The PAD was get injured from tear gas, and trow directly to the mob, intent to harm them.

  • tear gas ??? lol the funniest government I ever read. I also heard this from the news that a can of tear gas caused fatal accident to a lady lol Stupid.

What about those homemade explosives ?

  • In the past, Japan accepted the Chinese political refugee, and the Japanese government became that it is likely to be captured by them. Since the Yuan dynasty also received internal invasion, Mongolians cooperated in the Qing dynasty. In Taiwan, the Han race held all mass communications with the government. Singapore became independent of Malaysia. How is the present condition of Myanmar or Nepal? Can the democracy of Asia be maintained when the Han race scatters gold?

  • this guy make me laugh at least he doesnt judge people and just speak his mind.

  • red shirt nmean communist

  • I lived in thailand for 1 yr and to a thai 'mafia' is a name put on anyone involved in any type of illigal activity. as for the government they are nothing but a bunch of criminals and it is true that the government 'buys' the poor country folks vote were as the city people are not that dependent on say having a dam built or new toilets etc even the king himself knows they are gangsters !!!

  • Buster: PAD (the yellow ones) D for democracy. My opinion, saying the rural people (mainly aimed at Isan people) should have less of a say is wrong. I'm not D expert but surely 'one man/woman one vote'. Also the PAD are not as peaceful as they make out ...they also insitigate violence from time to time.

  • rural area not just aiming at isan people central thailand and even bangkok has some rural areas to

  • Yes correct Nakorn ...but I did say 'mainly' and that is what I mean (maaak thii sut) ...this is their main focus from the PAD perspective, as Taksin, as we know, initiated his policy focus there of 'populist policies'to win a majority which previous prime ministers have generally ignored. This is why Taksin is much loved in Isan and why the PAD take Isan as their main focus.

  • About one man, one vote. All democracies should adopt qualifications for voting. Voters should be required to pass a simple test. Such a test could be consist of basic knowledge as providing the name of their biological father...

  • they got from Bozo the Clown

  • Buster, you brought up a really difficult moral question.

Should informed voters and uninformed voters be counted 1:1?

It's almost the same question for our tax structure: Should those who make more money be taxed at a higher rate?

That which is fair and that which is right aren't always the same thing, no?

  • Deciding on the 1:1 vote probably won't solve the root of the problem; uneducated voters. Just my two cents ^^

  • อยากจะขำด้วย แต่ขำไม่ออกเลย หึหึ

  • well atleast they are keeping it peaceful. unlike here in the west (usa especialy) where they loot buissnesses clash with police and beat down people who disagree with the mob of protesters. we could actualy learn from them.

  • Who loots the businesses?

  • Its Asia, governments there don't last long.

  • i know lol

  • Like which one?

  • The democratic ones. Lol.

  • 3.11-3.26

it sound like obama voters to me

  • That was the reason for my facial expression and saying we should think about that.

  • keep up the good work

  • So are you saying black ppeople should not vote because in America they are the majority of uneducated people.I trust we are simply missing your point and that indeed nothing rascist in your comments.I suggest you look at the Thai history before you try and make some film about the issue of corruption as like any other country in the world corruption is alive and kicking and no matter your education you should be free to vote and that is democracy my friend.

  • What!!?? The Godfather isn't a true story!!?? :P Enjoyed your movie, should be interesting to see what happens in

    Thailand over the coming weeks/months.

  • Firstly,The PAD (Yellow) are in the minority and the PPP (Red) are the majority. You stated that you have never been to Thailand but you seem to take great delight in laughing at the misfortune the country is facing and even saying that you agree that just because someone is from a village they shouldn't vote.Look at your own country first and sort out the mess that America has rained on the world before having a go at other countries.

  • Oh, wow, if only nonAmericans would follow your advice. It would be heaven.

  • I'm sure that if you knew what you were talking about you might respond in another way.Yes I was having a cheap pop at America but then this chap is trying to talk about something he has no idea about.Like America I'm sure my great country of England would be right behind if there were enough oil reserves should we wish to teach the Thais about freedom of the people.I live in Thailand and have done for 10 years so at least I understand what is going on unlike this numpty who has never been.

  • No, I know what I'm talking about, hypocritical Brits.

  • Shakeyd10: I was not laughing at anyone's misfortune. As for the rural people not being able to vote, my expression of a possible agreement was in reference to the USA for the way many of the idiots in the USA voted this past election. Also it was America's first Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton, who had the same sentiments some of the Thais had that only the educated should vote. That is an old thought in reference as to who should have the franchise.

  • What a great strategy, block the airport while the PM is out of country. lol

  • The people stranded in Thailand because these protestors aren't smiling. They have done their country's image as a tourist destination a lot of harm

  • The tsunami did not harm their tourism, nor will this. Besides I applaud the Thais for putting governance about tourism.

  • Wrong again PB as most of the figures state that Tourism is still down by 15% since the Tsunami in the areas that were hit in Phuket and Phi Phi.And as a hotel owner in Phuket should know what I'm talking about and believe me this will not help the situation one little bit with tourism down by 30% year on year 2007-2008which has been caused by a mixture of the credit crunch and also the very bad political situation here.

  • Okay, I will trust you.

  • And since the country relies heavily on tourism especially the sex industry in places like Pattaya, then it will really hurt them. So putting governance above tourism is a pretty stupid thing to do, in my opinion. They could have found a better of getting their point across.

  • Interesting stuff man...

    5/5

  • When will post part 10 of your videos?

  • Amazing! Here protestors are vicious, rude,

loud and many times combative. If you don't agree with them, they try and cram their

    opinion down your throat!
