Rennet is actually supposed to be used very little in cheese, whenever I get mozzarella it has plant enzymes. :| This doesn't look like real cheese anyways, maybe that unnatural super processed stuff. Having a salad with mozz as I write this, comparable it's totally different. ;-;

Not sure what they do with it in between but here in Canada milk tastes like white colored water... no taste whatsoever. Yogurts taste like made out of powder. Cheese is expensive as hell...I guess it must be since it is made out of artificial colored water.

@ak99372 I feel bad for you. I am also in Canada and our milk, cheese and yogurt is quite delish :D And, the cheese is pretty cheap too... unless you want the pre-shredded stuff.

@Jade7272 Which part of Canada? I'm on the West coast and it doesn't matter what brand you buy they;re all tasteless. Some of the farmers in BC started to sell "real milk" but are now facing lawsuits for not following regulations.

For the same reason I wanted my gf who grew up in BC to try it while we were in Austria and Switzerland ... and she couldn't believe she is drinking milk and ended up eating only yogurts for the rest of the trip... and not because it is that good there but because it is that bad in BC.
