It's talking about spirituality in general. All the symbols in this video are about enlightenment. The mark on Bilal represents the the third eye, it's also known as a charkra in Hindu traditions or the pineal gland in scientific terms. I think the title "levels" is about the 7 charkas in the body and humanity trying to evolve in consciousness. Look into Kundalini energy too. They are all spiritually awake in some shape or form. The proof is in the music. :) Namaste.
