good video made me laugh - Thats ok. Been in your shoes. Ran a UH181 Hitachi, had no windows, foreman said no problem, pick up your new windows at the cookhouse. They were Glad black trashbags and Tuck Tape. Machine ran well but oh man you couldnt see too well.
If your having trouble getting that chain link fence in the truck box you just have to hook one part of it with your bucket tooth after you drape it over the box and just pull it in. I've had to do that on more than one occasion with gravel trucks.
@bert26a These teefs are probably a little larger then yours ;) I wasn't worried about the fence itself, there was enough buried in the truck that it wasn't gonna fall out. Even if it did and got run over it wouldnt matter. That pipe was my main concern.
@Bauzaunvideos Putting a few boards and metal fence 130ft down at the bottom of an old gravel pit won't be hurting nature in the least. Beside have you ever seen how a landfill works?
@vantagetes ok i thougth you d put it under 10 ft or somethiong like taht because clearing the trash is often one of the last steps on asite ^^ 130ft are more than enougth here in the ruhrgebiet we got thounsands ot poisioned ( don t know the exact word) ground. So I m always care full with filling trash in hohles.
@cliffordis Haven't seen too many 800s with thumbs. Usually we just load dirt so the thumb would just add extra weight and make it harder to load, but you're right it would have been nice. That or a wider bucket.
@tallmickey123 Well the machine was parked at the pit for a couple months, so their was a brand new window in the machine (and by in the machine I mean sitting on the seat) when we went to use it, however no one bothered to install it because they didn't have the rubber piece to go around it.

redheadedduckhunter 1 year ago
@redheadedduckhunter Tisk, tisk. Same machine and same bucket.
vantagetes 1 year ago
@vantagetes ok because it looked like a bigger bucket. I guess thats because it was at night
redheadedduckhunter 1 year ago
@redheadedduckhunter It's a very long and deep bucket so it looks bigger from the outside then in the cab.

Very difficult loading! It is interesting to look behind work of the master. You are warmly dressed, in a cabin is cold?

@KHVEDOR Yes, the door window glass is not there. -19*C over night!

You Canadian folk are pretty hardy, -14 degrees i'd forget work and I would be home in front of a nice coal fire trying to keep warm.

JD construction equipment are crap anyways...but the agricultural equipment is a different story.

@Rikuno94 That's untrue, the 350D we have it a great machine. Just some little things I don't like about them (controls, seat, hydraulic priority).

just don't cover any 55 gallon drums filled with toxic waste!!
maplemanz 1 year ago
@maplemanz No toxic waste here, just some scrap building supplies and some fence.
vantagetes 1 year ago
You know... it looks like a 973 would be just about perfect for that.

@Burnout8506 Good luck reaching in the box Alex! You could build a ramp but that's a giant waste of time.
vantagetes 1 year ago
@vantagetes I don't need a ramp..... I'm pretty amazing... and my track loader is also pretty amazing together we are EPIC!
