A) that's not tartan. B) There is no FREAKING Collins family Tartan because Collins is an English name. Furthermore, people THINK it's Irish (but it's not though there was high immigration into Cork and Limmerick at one point), the Irish don't wear Tartan. They wear plain kilts.
