I think he just predicted her path of escape and tried to cut it off not anticipate the morg flash. And in that situation that morg was probably shitting her pants thinking fuck he dodged my stun its on cd, my shield is down he can burst me down, gotta flash ASAP before he combos me again and there you have the relatively okay flash into the brush to hide and run if it hadn't been for the fish in the brush.

In short, a damn lucky shot.

Actually its not miss,if you have alot of experience, you will realize the enemies always run to brushes when they are low,Fizz can use his ulti anywhere inside range. So since Morgana was low it was quite predictable that she would go to the brush,so Fizz used his ulti there.

@lukacro123 There have been other people who mentioned it already, but it's a LOLReplay bug. When you speed up the video, it continues counting down ability cooldowns at normal rate, so sometimes it'll seem like an ability is on cooldown in the replay, while it is actually not in game. As to how it jumped up from 34 to 54, I'm guessing it resets the cd when it notices the champion used the ability.

(Although I like the idea of Colby NorrisCheeze more.)

I dont think colby predicted the flash but he did predict the path morgana would've taken. Therefore he threw the fish to either catch her or block her way. And if she hadnt flash she still would've had to stop and turn around in order to avoid it.
