the strange clouds you mentioned are cirrocumulus clouds. they form at very high altitudes (up to 13km). what you saw at the end is known as a mackerel sky. its called that cause the clouds resemble fish scales. usually happens in winter time, when its cold and fair weather. wether it was man made and done by HAARP i dont know but it does occur naturally,

Great capture! All morning they have been spraying this shit like mad, on a clear blue morning. I watch as this stuff becomes overcast and then the waves in the northwest start happening as a white haze fills the air. People just don't notice it happening at all....Stupid! The sky could turn green and not many would notice...Thanks for posting*****

Thank You! yea about 3 weeks ago, heavy chemtrails then "dry lightening" started over 1,000 fires, still even today really bad air from the Paradise fire burning out of control, almost 3 weeks of smokey skies can't see if there putting down CT's or not. hopefully not!!
