Perhaps the glia also communicate through entanglement somehow, instantaneous "spooky action at a distance", true instaneousness with NO speed, which might have something to do with true clairvoyance / predictions. Also, cesium seems to make light have a "percieved" speed of 310 times it's speed in a vacuum, amazing, and we already know near-absolute zero sodium slows photons almost to a stop. Hopefully "they" do not already have access to bleeding edge technology and ideas behind "closed doors"
