Have you tried SHIFT? I was skeptical about it to begin with, because I thought it would be much similar to ProStreet, but I was actually positively amazed, and I'm still playing it a lot.

Carbon and ProStreet weren't really that good. I did like Undercover a bit though, and I love SHIFT.

My favorite is most definitely Underground 2 though.
