@aTrueHybrid I see you read from the New American something or other Bible... maybe that's where you get confused. The KJV 1600 was really the last translation that wasn't polluted. You can research it yourself, as I did. I had 3 different Bible's and all three weren't the same. Some verses were left out entirely! Tell me why that would be? But back to sin...Romans talks about it.

Yes, it is indeed sad that so many Christians do not have an understanding of the the old and new covenants and how they apply to mankind through salvation. This is the Gospel simply put in regards to sin.

Sometimes we just need to get back to the basics and build our foundation on solid principles and theology. We MUST get this right or the rest of the house is without foundation.

'You Are Perfect" is a pretty bold statement...I was taught that none is perfect except the Lord Jesus Christ...? But so far, I understand what he's saying.

Yes, we are perfect in Christ, not by our own righteousness. It will be made very clear what he is saying by the end of this series.
