the cop is part responsible for that poor driver's untimely death! why was the truck driver not slowing down in response to the cop's action of pulling the driver over. that poor poor driver. didn't have a chance. cop was so calm and insensitive! i can't believe his nonchalant reaction!

well...i really dont know how do things work in the USA, but, it seems that the truck was a little of the road. He was driving in the emergency lane. So my question is, why is the guy in the car the idiot?

@thatsdandy i can imagine that the person does think about it. the driver being pulled over made a mistake and it cost him/her dearly i'm sure. Insulting the officer is uncalled for and i dont think any blame can be put on the officer, only the driver of the car and even more so the truck driver.

I'm all for natural selection, but a lot of people have never been pulled over and others, when they are, panic a bit and don't know how to react. If the officer didn't light 'em up, they wouldn't have been put in that situation. Cops don't hand out "How To" booklets. Ya know? For gosh sakes people, get ALL THE WAY OFF THE FRIGGIN ROAD!!! Folks can't drive a straight line anymore.

well it was a combination of both. One his left wheel was actually on the white line. waaayyy too close. then the trucker wasnt paying attention. equals crash. if you get pulled over you should have atleast half of your vehicle in the grass.
