Nice, very nuanced and confident music; I like that Ibiyemi doesn't pander to any foreign affectations and modes in this number. Way to go! I half-expected her to announce she's Billy Ocean's sister: they have the same face, the same voice, vocalling style and more or less the same key. Check out Ocean's "Caribbean Queen" for dazzling similarities. I just hope she'll always keep in mind she's no relation of Ocean's! She has to work for her reputation from scratch, and that's the bottom line.
It leaves me swaying and swinging,nice song, beautiful "n" easy lyrics, the chorus is just off the hook, the voice, ( desree, india arie, tracy chapman.... She has big mouth though but in an extremely lovely kinda way. I think she'll make a good mother and wife
