@DeViLzzz2006 im not sure if it actually could, but if it could i wouldnt bother. the PS3 and Xbox dont have dual link dvi connections which you need to run 120hz on this monitor... 3D gaming without 120hz looks terrible. its made for dvi connections to get full 3D support. so the real answer to your question? no, no you cant.

what a load of bs, the human eye perceives everything above 24fps as fluid motion. That's why the movies standard fps is 24-25. I've played games for about 10 years now and had all kinds of configurations and i can guarantee that anything over 50fps regardless of the display will feel smooth and you won't notice much of a difference. It's all about marketing. Gamers have played on 60-80Hz displays for many years now so NO, 120Hz won't make you "pro" and it won't help either.

@TeamMCserver there's not much of a difference. even though your display only renders 60fps ( at 60Hz ), if your real fps ( the one rendered by the GPU ) is 120 the action will be just as smooth as 120Hz, the only difference is you see just half of the frames on your screen. Unless you want 3D, 120Hz isn't worth it.

I Will reveal a little secret here , If anyone is wondering how to switch between the Inputs when he changes he's Cabels , eather DVI , HDMI try from the enter button .

I was a bit confused when i changed between DVI to HDMI and when i discovered i thought i have to share this couse it's hard to find , all thought the New switching System of BENQ for changing the "Inputs" is this .

@Aguinaldo06 hdmi because you CAN use hdmi cable from video card to 120hz monitor for above 100 fps limit breaker. as far as REGULAR dvi and not DUAL LINK dvi. regular dvi is limited to the 60 fps mark even if connected to 120hz monitor. dual link dvi can yield close to similar fps results as hdmi..so real question is dual link dvi or hdmi. which is better. cheers

@copperhead88 i have had this monitor for a long time now, still the best thing out of all the other monitors i have used. It is just so fantastic and bright, it never seems to have a problem. I use it for 3D gaming and CAD for work and all of it is great. People say it looks ugly, but when you have other dark colored items around it it blends in quite well. And the large, well lit screen is the only thing other people look at anyway... :)

I see a brown shadow next to an object while in-game when I move my mouse back and forward its so ugly not good at all... even the slightest movement of my mouse I see that brown shadow thing next to an object I have tried everything still that shadow is there... I know that these monitors are suffering from a bit of ghosting but with AMA on its ridiculous..

Site admin of my previous post did a follow up posting with updated settings including user defined color > Install the ICC Profile at tftcentral DOT co DOT uk for xl2410t. Then :

Preset - Standard

Brightness - 42

contrast, sharpness, gamma, ama, stay the same. (50, 3, 2.2, on; respectively)

Color scheme = user defined to the following

red - 93

green - 89

blue - 97

i switched all three of mine to these settings with a noticeable improvement, i hope this helps!
