I think both Lacey and Chelsie are excellent dancers, but personally speaking, I prefer Lacey cos' she wears her heart on her sleeve, she's not afraid to speak her mind, she's rebellious on the dance floor, she's got a heart of gold, she makes all her partners look good even if they suck, she's always living in the moment, and she keeps in constant touch with her fanbase. Plus, she's an all-round better dancer and excels in every style.

@grifhinx I already said that Chelsie's an excellent dancer, I just gave my reasons on why I preferred Lacey. And I did say "personally speaking", so of course there is a certain bias towards Lacey. For me, Chelsie just doesn't possess that X-Factor tha Lacey does. Chelsie's technique may be fantastic for a lot of the dances, and yes, she does have edginess, but personally, she doesn't grab my immediate attention on dancefloor the way Lacey does.

alot of people didn't vote for lacey in the final push because they did not want another schwimmer to win. Chelsie didn't make it to the top 4 because she is not as good as lacey is. The people in season 3 were also alot more talented, i think you will atleast agree with me on that.

Thank you for saying that...I'm pretty sure that she just lied about foregetting her solo because if you listen to the music for the "choreographed" part of her solo..you can realize that there is no way she could have danced to the part of the music where she was just walking and sliding around. I think she just lied because ALOT of people were giving her crap for it.

Um, sorry to say but it IS possible to forget your solo when you're not a solo dancer. Not to mention, Lauren forgot her first solo when she was supposed to DANCE FOR HER LIFE, while this didn't really carry much importance to the competition since she had 3 dances for next week to win over votes. Lacey had also choreographed this solo for the results of the quickstep when she thought she was in the bottom.

I liked it because she had great jive kicks and musicality. That's not ignorant logic - why is she the only one constantly getting criticized for this solo when we've seen her do better (Top 6 results show was an amazing solo) and know what she's capable of dancing/choreography wise. Plus this didn't even carry much weight in the competition while people who danced for their life blew their solos and that was supposed to be the determination factor of whether they stay in the competition.

She is. Did you watch season 3? I've re-watched it several times, and Lacey was always caught doing something trashy on camera. Once she even flashed her bra to the camera...for NO apparent reason.

The reason Lacey is successful is because she relies heavily on her sex appeal to further her career. She's not the best ballroom dancer there is. There are many other dancers in her genre better than her that aren't nearly as famous because they don't feel the need to be trashy.
