You can't sue for plagiarism as they are not using the words. Look up copyright law and Supreme Court decisions with the fair use of music in the use of parodies. This is a parody of a popular work and has be declared constitutional. That being said, Apologetix does a much better job of making Christian parodies of popular songs. If this were illegal, then everything that Weird Al has done is illegal. In any case, Weird Al is the reason, this is legal. This is a decent version, but not the best.
