  • Now, I've never seen Queen + Paul before, and it's a bit strange at first to see half of Queen with that guy from Free together, but then becomes awesome in its own way!

  • 15 haters will burn

  • Like the song, but it's not really Queen..

  • @mafs13 its Queen and Paul Rodgers

  • Saw the performance on TV at my mates house back then, and it was the night before they had released the tickets for the tour in 2008!. Then the next day, got 3 tickets for their performance at the Birmingham NIA in October!..

Was VERY VERY lucky to get the tickets as most ticket sites had sold out quickly!, was almost able to get tickets elsewhere but meaning 2 at one venue, and 1 at another!.. hmm, not going to work!. But elsewise, saw them, and LOVED IT SOOOO MUCH!

  • Wow I missed it on tv....what a night that musta been,,thanks for sharing,,this is great!!!!!

  • they put a 'thumbs down' on this video! what did they do that for! it is queen for go sake! GET RID OF THE THUMBS DOWN WHENEVER QUEEN IS INVOLVED!

  • paul is versatile fucking awesome!

  • it's totally a rock n roll bomb this song & in concert she's fucking great damage what the colaboration of queen & paul rodgers is finish i've seen them twice times in concert in antwerp (belgium ) & luxembourg it was two great concerts it was really wonderful & at the memory of the immortal freddie mercury in bijou & bohemian rhapsody song "rest in peace" freddie you are the best forever & ever god bless you & peace at his soul !

  • brian may is a fucking legend

  • Fuck me it's Queen and Paul Rodgers!

    First Class

  • I love these guys. What an awesome band. Great conglomeration of different styles. Fantastic. Rogers kicks it, and Bryan May and ROger Taylor lay down the groove. Great job boys...!

  • hehe I love it when Al Shouts "FUCK ME ITS QUEEN!! AND PAUL RODGERS!!!"

  • They are crazy :D, I love it so much!!!

  • queen are the best!!!!!!

  • i cant beleive he went to oxford

  • I think to put it very bluntly, it's more of a Paul Rodgers album then a Queen album, but I saw them in Manchester and they were incredible.

  • I don't get people. They say it's not the old Queen, but if they were the old Queen, they wouldn't be original. The two guys who formed the band can't use their own band name? I mean, come on!

  • (sorry posted that comment by accident before I had finished)

at the end of the day the new album is good, and should be judged on its own merits and not compared to the "old queen stuff". Its a null and void comparison. No its not the same as the "old queen stuff" but then I think it would have been a bad decision to try and reproduce that anyway (because at the end of the day they are not the "old Queen".

  • The point is that a band shouldn't sound exactly the same from album to album anyway. I know bands like Mcfly etc don't really change and progress as they go along but what is the point in churning out yet another album that sounds just like the last one you did? This is especially true when you add a new band member into the equasion.

  • i love queen and their new album but it sounds more like a paul rodgers type of thing but it still queen QUEEN ROCK MY GOD DAMN SOCKS

  • yeah i'm going to see them in november!

  • it doesn't sound like queen much(the original), just a new rock band

  • Queen absolutely rocks,

    but somethings missing...Freddie, much?

    L x

  • New album is fantastic!

  • very good

  • new queen album coming out on september 15th

  • Mick: anyone who think queen + paul rodgers are rubbish should be lined up against a wall and shot.....or be forced to admit that they have no musical understanding what so ever

  • awsome song and i just can't wait for september it is gunna be awsum

    totally brilliant

  • queen just ROCKS!!!!!!!!

  • remember people this is live... the recording version is gonna be more polished.

im not saying queen performed bad live,is just that recorded versions are usually better.

im really positive with this combination, especially after their great performance in the nelson mandela concert;)

love Queen! i miss john deacon(retired), and obviously freddie R.I.P

  • Wondered why "The Secret Weapon" wasn't with them anymore last few years on the rare occasions they have appeared on stage!

  • Noone will ever match up to Freddie but Paul Rodgers is very good and he is doing a great thing by helping Queen keep performing.

"So this week I'm not gonna give an intro bigging up Queen... so let's see whos in the loos... F**k me it's Queen!" As if it wasn't obvious they were there XD magic.

  • did roger write this? it's a fantastic song and very current- we live in a world fun of these talentless, plastic "celebrities" and it's nice to see them being mocked.

great song and i really hope the album's good. if they get a no. 1 from it then they'll've had a number one in the 70s, 80,s 90s and 00s. how many bands can say that?

  • god i hope the album sells well, i want to see queen back on top in a fresh light!

  • Brian's Red Special is pretty sweet. Don't like the look of the replica he produced though, does anyone know if they have the original setup?

Until then ill stick with my warlock and ES :D

  • sounds like the riff from "the metal" by tenacious d, but better

  • Brian May is like those multigenius astronomers & physicists of the past like Huygens and Kepler! He even has the hair like them; must be genetic! Robert Plant is also like that! May should get together with Mr. Krupp of Griffith Observatory and make new astronomy epic like Sagan's Cosmos and use Queen and Led Z music! Not that many rock gods with astronomical & physics degrees and musical talent! Long live Queen and Led Z!

  • Brian, Roger & Paul are celebrities!!!!

  • C-lebrity rocks

  • This is GREAT. This is in the same league as "I want it all" and "Saveme".

This Rocks..... it's as simple as that folks!

  • luk, we all kno queen r the greatest band ever created, they r actual gods, onli truble is freddie's not here bt t'old paul rodgers int bad

roll on dis new album i say

  • Thanks for uploading this for us in the USA and beyond.

  • This song is awesome I can't wait for the new album. It's clear with p.rodgers they are a bit more raw in their sound but still just as brilliant. The roger taylor bits sound like classic queen back in the 70's. Brian's riff is awesome! Rodgers is perfect live what a voice.

  • i like the way they call themselves queen and paul rogers, like buddy holly and the crickets, or elvis costello and the attractions, or smokey robinson and the miracles etc. except backwards. LONG LIVE THE QUEEN good luck on ur next album

  • OMG OMG

    O my God

    Queen are coming back, OMG

There is know way they will be as good as with Freddy but lets just say I have already bought tickets and pre ordered their album.

  • Yeah !!

    =D

  • LOVE THAT... fuck me its Queen

  • Hey, @ least Queen is making new music.

Police, I like & Led Zepellin, I love, tour w/no new music. Not that I wouldn't want 2 hear masterpieces but Bonham is gone so it's not the same 'cause he's fundamental 2 sound. Great 2 see Robert Pland & Led though. They've a good excuse. But Police don't. They have their band intact so where's new music? If that's you're passion, do it, else work like a stiff like me, who wants that! Freddie is gone; May & Taylor R not, so show must go on!! Queenrocks!

  • Sorry, that's Robert Plant!!

  • I didn't really understand all of that....!

  • When Genesis lost Peter Gabriel in 1975, it stunned fans of the group and left many commentators wondering if the band could survive. Many many years later, their live shows consisted of Gabriels songs sung by Phil Collins.

As long as May and Taylor (founder members of Queen) are still on board, then the name Queen is legitimate. Whatever is your favourite era from Queen, there is no denying that compared to todays standards, they are still the TOPS

  • Ingy, you don't get it do you? You said "I would be much happier to see May and Taylor evolve rather than relive" If you didn't notice Ingy, this is a new song with a new singer and they are evolving together ie. "The Cosmos Rocks Tour" I'll be there at Manheim in October and thereafter will be able to give a qualified opinion. Ingy, please make sense!

  • Ingy, you are a real plonker! You are not making any sense. You watch Youtube (Free Music) and complain that the new Queen single C-Lebrity is shite , and that you wouldn't pay money for it!!!! Are you stupid? Then you write your resposes in such a high handed way that i can only imagine that you are a real Toff who's just learned to wipe his own arse. LOL

  • Thanks for putting this together - so sorry to have missed it on TV. Looking forward to more of this collaboration!

  • What a dickhead! You wouldn't pay money for this! Why do you come on Youtube you space-cadet!!!

  • They need a flat-headed Black woman to sing back-up vocals.

  • Queen will be HUGE with paul Rodgers. What a treat for both sides of the camp! This is a killer new song, I can't stop playing it!

  • As long as I can hear the cymbals and with Brian May red special, it will be cosmic!! They'll be touring in spring in US!! Thank you Paul Rodgers for making it possible--a Queen resurrection!

  • can't wait for the new album. if it's any good it could bring with it a fourth generation who love queen, and then more albums and then a greatest hits 4

  • Leggende del rock

  • I've just got tickets for the Cosmos Rocks Tour... I'll be in Manheim on the 2nd October!

On this preview, i'm well chuffed. Queen are Back....Big Time... And.... lets^stop talking about Freddie Mercury and those old days. For fucks sake, do we go on about Elvis still??

  • Absolutely Rock on!! Freddie would have loved it!!

  • One thing about being older, had the opportunity to see Queen, Bad Company and Free originals - and just adore Paul Rogers and Queen. Thank you for brilliant music together not the rubbish about now!!

  • They are truly back. I reckon they are going to make a successful comeback. Talent will prevail, with or without Freddie.

  • Mock them all you like but talent always wins.

  • Paul ain't lost it !!

  • I'm a queen fan since I've started to walk and have supported them to all of their decision like working with PR etc. but let's be honest....this song's got something of Nickelback's rockstar....

  • Which hit did they have when you just started walking?? Say it's not true?

  • I'm a queen fan since I've started to walk and have supported them to all of their decision like working with PR etc. but let's be honest....this song's got something of Nickelback's rockstar....

  • I laugh at these clowns who claim to be big Queen fans yet never spell Freddie's name right. LOL

  • No way mate. I bet you listen to the CD when it's released... Once a Queen always a Queen!

  • A "massive Queen fan", but you still can't spell the name of their frontman. Kinda sad.

See you the 09/23 and 10/07, guys!

  • suck on shit, you fucking knobhead.

  • @johnson0986 who would sing? your mother? do you even knw who paul rodgers is you cunt?

  • This is about as good as "I want it all" or "Save me". It is not another classic, but it's Alright Now!

  • This is a great track. It may not be the original Queen but Brian and Roger still want to play live and TRUE Queen fans would appreciate this. It's great to see the boys playing live again with Paul and hope they have a great tour and successful album. ROCK ON!!!!

  • sorry to talk a random band but Queen+PR are gonna release a album quicker than Guns n Roses AKA Axl Rose thats funny i think

  • This is crap compared with the old queen

  • Freddie is gone, get over it.. They sound great together.. Great to see Brian and Roger working..

  • Brian May = Complete Guitar Legend

  • Well, I loved it! Think they got a great front man in Paul Rodgers, no one can replace the Great Freddie Mercury, I think that's why they still called themselves Q+PR, but they still rock, cant wait for the tour in the summer!

  • Does anyone know what the new track is called?

  • Ignore this i was being a pillock, just noticed :~)

  • Dont try to be a C-Lebrity saint lol.

  • No no no no! Queen could have had anybody as a lead singer. Even Robbie Williams was interested in the job until Roger and Brian told him to fuck off.

Paul Rodgers is the prefered alternative because he still stands in the shadow of what's left of Queen.

I bet Rodgers couldn't believe his luck when Taylor and May offered him the job!!!!

  • that´s only one opinion,....yours andy7seas

  • Queen could not have got a better replacement for Freddie. Paul Rodgers is a total Front man, the way he struts and poses is pure class he owns the stage.

  • This is EXACTLY what I expected. Remember, they ALL wrote INDIVIDUAL songs PLUS songs as a GROUP (Q+PR). This is a typical Roger song. Brian's will no doubt feature plenty of guitars and will definitely ROCK. Paul will write from a blues angle and then, as a group, they will mix all three styles with all the strengths of the Queen harmonies, tight musicianship and a mixture of vocals. I like this mixture. Let everyone contribute to each others songs. The album will have a good mixture of songs.

  • yes, sounds much like the old Cross and Bad Company. Allthough I really think they should work a little bit on the lyrics.

  • Maybe Misshollyland is thinking of Cowboys and Indians by The Cross,it has a similar ring to C-Lebrity.

  • "Bohemian rhapsody twice" lol brill

  • I absolutely love Free! And even though Rogers is no Freddie, his voice has aged very well.

  • I think you miss my point. If Freddie was alive, Queens music would not have evolved into a long list of BoRaps and We are the Champions. They did all of that years ago. What would have come next if Freddie lived is pure speculation.

  • HELP! The chorus reminds me of another

song, an old song (not Queen or Free)

but I can't quite pin it down. Anyone

    know?

  • proably a song from the cross, the old second roger taylor's group

  • the perfect mix between Free, The Cross, Bad Company & Brian May Band. Lovely!

Mott The Hoople and Queen Forever!

  • With the greatest of respect russell7165 and to andy7seas Bo Rap is by far queens best song.Voted the 2nd best ever behind John Lennons Imagine.

  • i think "the march of the black queen" is at least as good as bohemian rhapsody....but that´s my opinion.

  • I have to admit that queens older music is better than thier latter tracks.Killer queen is a perfect example.

  • but i´m looking forward to new adventures or tracks respectively.

  • lets take a look of who in the loo fuck me its queen just class

  • god, that's an amazing guitar riff. <3

  • Brian May has a multitude of licks/riffs and whatever your opinion, which we are all entitled to,he is the greatest and I put him above Hendrix.

  • What do you get when you get a top British comedian then add 3 rock legends........ Pure genius !

  • I am SO excited to see them. Missed them the last time around and I'm not going to let that happen again.

  • John Deacon would have made the packet more authentic if he had stayed onboard, but to be honest with you i don't miss him!

If the rest of the album is as good as C-Lebrity, then we can all rejoice. Let us wait and see what the other 10 tracks are like.

John Deacon won't be missed, believe me.

  • Believe you? Why? Cause you say we won't miss the member who wrote their biggest hit?

    Who are you?

  • I'm new to youtube but I'm a massive queen fan.The person who wrote thier biggest hit (Bo Rap) is no longer with us but it would have been nice to see John join up with these legendary C-Lebrities !!

  • I was replying to Andy7Seas about John Deacon who wrote Another one bites the dust..

  • Dust was a big hit for Queen, but it wasn't a typical Queen song that most of us fans are proud of. Ogre Battle is far better, or even Flick of the wrist.

  • lovin the riff

  • Well its about time they were back. Yes yes yes its true that Freddie is a hard act to follow, but I reckon that Queen have came up trumps with Paul who in my opinion has the best voice in rock. I love Queen, i've always been a big fan, so I can get over the fact that someone else is singing the songs that dear Freddie sang than anyone can. Just get over it will you! I cant wait to hear The Cosmos Rocks. I cant wait to see them when they come up to Glasgow. Theyre "All Right Now"...Rock on..Zx

  • Excuse me! This song rocks! The lyrics are brilliant-any idea what there singing about, I doubt you do!!! Keep on Rockin' guys I think it's great!!!

  • Enlighten us?

  • i agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • feck off

  • Banal? What do you call Fat Bottom Girls? One Vision (gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme fried chicken), Radio Ga Ga?

    Queen was all about shtick.

Just enjoy the music and quit analyzing it.

Wait, wait! You are really Simon Cowell aren't you?

  • this song rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is not bad at all. I was one of those who thought it wouldn't work. Freddie was a hard act to follow.

  • not bad at all!!

  • but I wonder where is John Deacon, he's a great bassist. Make me remind the old-day when I was in love with u. Such greatest sounds ever made. Full of human senses!!!...Ehe but all of u r a bit less handsome than the old-day. I am the young generation but not any band in this world could give me that deep-old-feel-good feeling than you do, Queen!

  • John Deacon has retired from Music unfortunatly

  • I was there tht night

They played we will rock u as well really gd

    Thanks 4 the video

  • Absolutely marvellous dhharrrling.

Thanks for uploading this, it was an awesome show. Can't wait for the tour.

  • thank god for youtube

Does anybody else think pauls voice is like a young guys voice?

  • Very cool song!

  • Great new single! can't wait for the album release in september! Great stuff sounds a bit like Bad Company material. But a catchy tune! Love it!

  • Loving the new song!! Rock on!

  • It's just similar, its not like nirvana stealing from boston. You'd have to be pretty desperate to stealing anything from Tenacious D lol..

  • It's just similar, its not like nirvana stealing from boston. You'd have to be pretty desperate to stealing anything from Tenacious D lol..

  • I like the lyrics to C-lebrity. Brian is one of my heroes. Another one, Sebastian Coe recently gave a note of caution concerning the age of reality TV celebrities. People should be famous because of a quality or gift that they have, not because they won an idiotic TV show. Shame on those who watch them. Jade Goody...what a talent!

  • I got my Tickets for NIA as soon as I heard they went out the next day! First concert I've gone with the parents! WHOO!!! :D

  • Yeah it does sound a bit like Tenacious D...

Tenacious D Rock and so do Queen!

  • whos on that guitar?? he owns

  • is it just me who thinks that the main riff in C-lebrity sounds like the main riff from "The Metal" by tneacious D?

  • Get over it. Brian May doesn't need to Steal from Tenacious D...bwahaha. Tenacious D shouldnt even be in the same sentence with these guys....

  • Wow, Paul's voice still rocks!

  • Awesome! Just got tix 2 c them in Cardiff! No one can say Paul Rodgers isn't good enough when they're selling out everywhere in 2 days! According to Brian May, Freddie Mercury himself was a fan of Paul Rodgers, so it's a compliment to his memory for his hero to be singing his songs. Can't wait til October.

  • Love the new song and its great to see them performing live. Freddie will always be the greatest singer of all time and no one could ever replace him, but Paul Rodgers does a great job fronting a "new" band called Queen plus Paul Rodgers. Being a Queen fan since 1977 I understand people's apprehension about a new singer, but Paul isn't trying to be Freddie. He is trying to be himself. Can't wait to see them on tour in October. Long Live Queen plus Paul Rodgers!!

  • yes agreed! & what a performance!Absolutely fantastic!

  • Freddie Mercury was and is the greatest voice in rock. with that said he is gone and he would not want Brian and Roger sitting on thier ass doing nothing just beause he was gone and John has made up his mind to not take part so Brian and Roger are doing nothing wrong, and just listen to the song it has all Queen in it harmony lyric puncy drums and great gutair i will be standing in line the day this comes out

  • I agree 100%

  • The Queen is dead! Long live the Queen! Brilliant! More than any Queen fan could have hoped for.(Don't you 'nay sayers' ever get tired bitching and moaning?! Stay home and keep morning losers!) As for the rest of you...see you at the concert!!!

  • As much as I liked Freddie's ability to make their songs fun and campy, it is GREAT to hear STRAIGHT AHEAD ROCK...like Headlong, I Want It All, etc. Im OLD SCHOOL. I like HEAVY, chunky guitar riffs, DRIVING BASS and POUNDING DRUMS. Q+PR can dare to be different if they so choose and I can't wait to hear the new and different directions they moved into AS A GROUP. Rock, Blues, Harmonies, etc. This ain't a bad start at all. C-Lebrity sounds pretty good. They're RICH. Now they can have fun.

  • Freddie had that PERFECT ability to make a song fun and catchy. He was a complete showman and musical genius. But NOBODY can deny that Brian, Roger and John didn't do THEIR part to help Queen succeed. ALL 4 BAND MEMBERS PENNED NUMBER 1 SONGS! ALL of those elements flowed through Freddie's vocals and onstage antics. But to suggest that Brian and Roger are not capable of making good music with someone new is RIDICULOUS. Queen didnt have commercial success until their 4th album. Let Q+PR evolve.

  • Queen are: John Deacon, Brian May, Freddie Mercury and Roger Taylor.

This is of cource another story.

  • If you want THAT Queen, go back to your room and enjoy their albums of the past...QPR are HERE and NOW...DEAL WITH IT....

  • queen is -Brian May -roger taylor -John Deacon (retierd) -Freddie Mercury(deceased)

Paul Rodgers became brian mays and roger taylors freind, after the other members of queen faded out.

    THEREFORE Queen+Paul Rodgers

  • We have a varied amount of music to suit everyone's tastes, so if you don't like listening to Queen & Paul Rodgers, stop wasting ours and Utube's time and FUCK OFF and go listen to your own shit.

Alot of dicks out there are so off your faces you don't have a clue what your thinking or let alone talking about. And by the way, do remember that if it wasn't for the likes of Queen, THE AIDS FOUNDATION wouldn't exist and wouln't be helping others to survive alot longer, YOU SELFISH BASTARDS.

  • Right, to all you idiots thas slag Queen and Paul Rodgers off, If you haven't seen them live in a gig, shut your mouth and put your money where your mouth is and go and see them live, they rock and are absolutlety fantastic! And no, they don't sing about smoking pot or fucking each others girlfriends/ boyfriends, it is good solid music that we have lost in this generation. We did twice the other year by the way, and yes, we have just paid £110 today to see them in October.

  • Ok Guys, Freddie was an icon in Queen, things have changed - he's gonE R.I.P and it's time to move on just listen to the music it's still Rocks!

  • RU on drugs? U dont seem to hold a coherent(understandable) sentence together! 2 bogs they ini, what the fuck?

and if you are a welsh drummer then follow in the footsteps of coco, cable etc.

  • johnny, you are a total tit. if ou do not appreciate what a band can do with a member missing then you are a total member! what about zep, they quit after J.B. died but are back big time! grow up little 'un!

  • what????? what!!!!!!

  • i think the other members should of went in tha bogs 2 thay r part of the band ini

  • watched last night was really surprised, sounded great! thanks 4 posting so soon. can,t wait 4 more lol.

  • i dont get 1 brrian roger and paul is onley in the bogs wers the bassest and the other guitarist 2 thay r members 2

  • what????

  • i dont see why the calling it queen and pr... i mean he officially a member i mean yeh he can never replace freddie but f*** me its queen!!!

  • hahaha I've got my tickets already. I havn't seen queen (as al says the greatest band ever) since Knebworth and can't wait

  • Q+PR is fantastic.

A great new song. They still have it in them!

I love the All Right Now despite Al jumping in.

Paul recovers it to do a great ending.

Paul Rodgers is the fucking Gov'nor as our English friends would say.

  • me gustó, pero sobre todo ver a los muchachos haciendo algo nuevo a su edad me alegra un poco esta etapa de mierda de mi vida.

  • Huh... I can see that they haven't lost their sense of humor over those years and still like writing with irony :)

So good to hear that new stuff with familiar Queen sounds :)

  • ive just got my tickets to see them!

    :)

  • me 2 XD

  • zerooooooooooooooo

    nothing.

  • hey you guys missed it... Paul rodgers and queen just played Bohemian Rhapsody... TWICE!!!
