i got i few knifes from your sight this is the next one on my list i love how fast your ship 174,99 is much. i would like it if you worked with me on the price... ps its going to be nice when you come out with your own line of bali,s im getting one for sure londs2k.
Its someone's last name and I have no idea how she pronounces it. So names are always tricky and perception of pronunciation can be different due to dialect and linguistical pattern.
For the record, Laci Szabo isn't a she...:)His family is from France but they might have Hungarian ancestry also. Probably the most innovative knife designer ever.
god, this will be my next bali, god damn i just drained all my cash in the vg 10 spyderfly and before it even gets here i already was a szabofly. DAMN YOU SPYDERCO FOR MAKING SUCH AMAZING KNIVES!!!!!!!!
They are not cast iron, where did you get that notion. If you want a titanium model then go with the Cold Steel models, I got two of them from the archives.
Steel handles will be plenty strong, and are much more scratch resistant than the titanium ones. Steel, by volume (not by mass) is comparable in strength to titanium anyway. When weight isn't an issue, I definitely prefer steel--it just holds up easier.
I've had a Ti 41MC which was great and the handles were great, (benchmade doesn't use a beadblast, so they're pretty scratch resistant anyway). But this should be good too. Be careful with bead blast finishes in general though.
Exactly what RSI says. The surface of bead blast finishes (that kind of rough non-reflective finish) gets scuffed easily--basically, what happens when they get rubbed hard by something with some mass is that they're actually getting polished. Scuffs in bead blasts are areas of higher polish than the rest. If you're careful it won't be a big deal, and you can remove most scuffs with the pencil eraser method. My spyderfly scuffed quite easily.
So what did Benchmade do to you...they only pioneered the Bali-Song universe... Hence their logo??? Get a life Benchmade is the best! model 47 baby!!!
The Bradley Kimura is awesome for the price. Then if you need less expensive then Bear & Son is decent, then the Jaguar models, then mainly it is models that have pivot screws.
.......i still dont know bout that, the szabofly or the benchmade 42....hard to choose.....but i think the spyderco is better cause it actully looks like it can penatrate skin...see i dont want the bm42 just cause u could do moves.....i dont know,i think the szabofly would be a better shank...lol JB u better reply this! i dont know wat knife to get
I hate Benchmade, I have a BOYCOTT on them and will not sell their crap to anyone ever again. So that said go with the new Bradley Cutlery Kimura you'll love it.
See something in common rather than to call someone a bitch and think your suppose to be the educated one in this run on written flow. Buenos Aires rocks, great place, Mar De Plata crazy as hell in January, that should be on everyone's to do list.
No see I love insulting morons who can't understand anything because they never left their backyard. The problem is you now addressing my sex life only a homosexual would be interested in another guys sex life, so you best not go there because I don't swing that way. Sure a nerd hits up the beach in Argentina and hits the pub in Scotland, chills in New York City, and boards it up in Colorado, while sipping on rum in Puerto Rico and hitting the spliff in Jamaica.
See that is awesome you're to retarded to figure out the rhyme with it and can't figure out the insults. Love that, speaks pure pish to people, what a fanny, aye canna understand the flow. He's off his head, GTF, won't comprehend that either. The deviation from the mean brings a tangent that you can't recollect and comprehend because the box of ignorance that you dwell in doesn't transcend the cross flows of the Atlantic to the roots and core of expression, bloody dumb cunt fanny wanker.
Whatever cry baby, go cry to someone who cares. I wouldn't want to sell to some punk like you anyway because you are nothing but a pain in the ass. So good riddance to your sorry piece. GTF you chicken oriental merchant banker.
Law Enforcement, all Military Personnel, and persons with one are are qualified and exempt to carry. If you are not one of them then you are not allowed to carry automatic knives over 2 inches in Cali. And Cali considers balisongs switchblades because of gravity issues, crazy I know but that is Cali for you.
Depends if you are qualified, they are not illegal they just are restricted in Cali and the law is about carrying it into public, so if you don't plan to go to the bar with things like a butcher knife and a balisong then things are fine.
i have one, its not hard to flip at all if you are used to the curved handle, and even if you arent it will only take a few hours to get used to, i think the reason why it looks hard to flip on here is because they have a guy using it not knowing how to flip
Get real crackhead. Try filming your own hand while holding a camera and trying to flip shit, and I filmed it 5 minutes after I got it. So your bullshit theories are garbage. I film all my shit myself so if your trying to do things in the screen of the camera and keeping it to that obviously I can't pay to close attention to what is going on with my hand and obviously I don't try anything that would cut my hands while filming that would be common sense, but unfortunately most people lack that
Sorry? You should invest in a tripod and flip just a little bit more to show people that it Isn't so hard to flip because if you keep making videos of you having a hard time people will think its hard and not be interested in your product. You can get a tripod for less than $60 usually around $30-$40
I could care less about a tripod, I could care less what people think as well, because if you had any knowledge of a Spyderco Balisong then you would know exactly what to expect and that they differ from standard models. The curved handle is not a new idea Bradley Cutlery has it on the Mayhem and it has been around for quite some time. I'm not making films to win awards or anything like that, I simply wanted to give my customers an idea of the product rather than a photo, so come back to Earth
I'm just trying to help, if you see from above judgemodollar said that it looked hard to flip, and that was just from you fliping it. So say you did have a tripod and made it look a little bit easier to flip judgemodollar may have gone to your site and bought the knife, but since it looked hard to him he got completely turned away from the knife.
Like I said that is petty stuff and the guy obviously doesn't have any Spyderco products nor does he have curved bladed Balisongs, which in fact are completely different to spin and do take more practice if you are used to standard handles, that is why I didn't even reply to his comment because it was not worth the time and anyone making comments like that isn't going to buy anything period.

Practice would say no. Everything is simply practice and then things are not as hard. Repetition is the key.

you sound kind of dumb when you say szabo. szabo is pronounced zay-bow.

Yeah thats true, there is just no possible way its pronouned the way you say it. Its a pretty common hungarian last name, and is pronounced zay-bow.

Hungarian, I didn't know that, that is pretty cool to know.

i might get this but im worried about the cast iron handles, i mean benchmade has the titanium handles, they sound a lot stronger

oh oops! i had a typo lol i meant to say cast steel

Thanks alot elenchus, btw what do you mean be careful with bead blast finishes?
PhaseDragonia 2 years ago
They scuff and scratch and mark easy, that is what he means.
This is generally a true statement on brushed surfaces because it is simply a bead blasted finish, ie sand blasted.
Just reference sand blasted items from the auto shop and recall how they are marked when finished with then.
But some bead blast finishes do put a protective coating over the metal as a clear coat, all depends on the models.
I did not find that the Szabofly handle marked easy.

okay thanks =] dam your really smart (no homo)

oh and FYI Guess who designs Bradleys? Oh let me think...BENCHMADE!!!!
You should not even to be allowed to own a knife...
canicutyourgrass 2 years ago
They don't design them that is full of shit.
The Mayhem was produced by them.
The new Bradley Kimura is made by KERSHAW
YEAH THAT IS RIGHT KERSHAW.
So get your facts straight before you run your mouth off.

PhaseDragonia 2 years ago
Benchmade is semantic blockage. Do not support Benchmade, BOYCOTT BENCHMADE.
Spyderco is awesome, then don't forget about the Bradley Kimura.
Roadsideimports 2 years ago
Okay your right, i heard they steal other company's knife designs. Could i use the Szabofly for everyday tasks?
