I've just finnished reading the book, but I haven't seen the film. I'm never sure which way round is better, to read the book then watch the film, or vic verc. Any ideas?
It's on DVD in England at the moment, you can get it just about anywhere. Also, this is a Eurovision song, so it's not really availiable to buy - I'd suggest you download it.
Read the books first. Pratchett is a genius, the way he writes you'll get the images of the story in your own head. Then when you see the film, you'll enjoy it because you kinda see it from a 'movie' point of view.
In the book, the blade is so sharp and light it is 'Invisible'. Unfortunately for Teatime, in the tooth fairy's castle it isn't 'Invisible', it's just not there. Plus, since Death can't exist there, a quarter of Susan doesn't exist.
The ending was a tad abrupt but other than that this vid was really gud! It had sum clips that I don't think get used a lot, which was nice, and the pace was bang on. Awesome for a first vid! Hope u make more :)
Yeah!!

Nice video!!!!! I think the song is a Eurovision entry judging by the way the singer speaks English.

why doesnt the sword hurt susan???
salvak00 3 years ago
In the land of the Tooth Fairy, nothing can die, so the sword doesn't work.
SpamWarrior3000 3 years ago
thanks and i also got my friend to tell me also! ^_^
salvak00 3 years ago
Actually, yes, they do die, except not THERE. They go 'somewhere else'; 'away'.
That's what they tell you when you're five.
'Your Granny has 'gone away'.' etc.
AndressaRose 3 years ago
I'd forgotten about that--why all the guards fell and landed somewhere in the 'real' world. I seriously need to re-read the book.
